No matter how long I’ve lived here, this never really gets old. 🌊☀️

Sneaking out before the kids wake up, coffee in hand, and catching the sunrise before the day gets busy.

I have been completely blown away by the support and generosity of local businesses here in the Jacksonville, Florida area.

Although this giveaway was never about recognition, I do want to recognize the business owners in our community who have stepped up without hesitation and simply asked, “How can I help?”

That kind of generosity doesn’t go unnoticed.

These are the people who are pouring back into our community and showing up for a military family during a really hard season.

2016 was a good one, full of firsts & lasts- first steps, first birthdays, first trips… A few lasts- last year in the classroom, last year killing the literary pumpkin parade (iykyk) but some things have remained the same- same laughs, same best friends & couldn’t be more grateful for it all 💕

Still taking it all in 🤍

What started as a few moms with a shared hope to do something good has once again turned into a night filled with laughter, music, full hearts, and so much love. We don’t have final numbers yet, but we do know this. Hundreds of families were able to come out, choose toys for their children, enjoy good food and music, and experience a night that truly felt celebratory.

This event has never been about just giving toys. It is about creating a space where families can feel seen, welcomed, and supported with joy and dignity, even in seasons when life feels heavy. A place where kids can laugh and play, parents can breathe, and everyone can feel like they belong ✨

To our volunteers, you are the heartbeat of this night. From setup to cleanup, toy sorting to hot cocoa making, you showed up with open hands and joyful hearts.

And to our sponsors and donors, thank you for believing in this vision and helping make something so meaningful possible. We truly could not do this without you.

This is what community looks like 💛
It is proof that a few people saying yes can create a ripple effect that reaches farther than we will ever fully see. This entire night exists because a village came together. Neighbors, friends, businesses, volunteers, families, all choosing kindness.

My constant prayer is that God’s light would shine through me, and being part of this was such a blessing. To witness His love in action through each person who gave their time, resources, energy, or encouragement is humbling beyond words.

Thank you to everyone who played a part. You made this night joyful. You made it meaningful. You made it possible. And together, we created something truly special 💙🎄✨
