YOGA: Because Doom-scrolling Isn’t Self-Care!

February at The Greenhouse is an invitation to come back into the room—back to your body, your breath, and yourself. When life feels heavy, loud, and overwhelming, shared movement and ritual help us stay grounded, regulated, and open-hearted enough to keep showing up.

This month we’re offering heart-centered workshops and practices designed to support nervous system health, emotional resilience, and real human connection—join us for a cacao ceremony, playful Valentine’s partner yoga, breath-work, sound healing, embodied astrology, women’s circle, and daily flow & therapeutic classes.

Bring a friend who’s been curious about yoga. Book a one-on-one somatic or yoga session for deeper support, or gather friends & family and rent the space for a private Valentine’s practice that actually feels meaningful.

Dear Greenhouse Community,

We are here for you. This note is coming from a very real, very human place.
Without you, there is no Greenhouse. People make this place breathe. People make the vibe. People make the healing happen.

We started the new year with hope and fresh intentions — and here we are, barely a few weeks in, feeling the weight of the world. Many of us are tired, overwhelmed, doom-scrolling before we’ve even gotten out of bed, oscillating between rage-posting, curling up in a ball, or wondering how we’re supposed to keep going.
And yet… this is exactly when embodied community matters most.

During this season of global uncertainty — even as the need for grounding, connection, and nervous-system support has never been greater.
The Greenhouse exists for moments like this.

This is a place to gather and grow. To breathe.To move.To scream (we joke that we have a padded room for that — but honestly, we kind of do).To remember that yoga isn’t a luxury — it’s a necessity.

We offer so much under this roof: Daily yoga classes — therapeutic yoga, vinyasa flow, yin, restorative, meditation, breath-work, somatic therapy, sound healing, Nidra, Reiki, massage, empowering small-group and private sessions, workshops, trainings, and special gatherings.

And if you don’t see what you need on the schedule? We can create it.

The Greenhouse is also available as a community space — for book clubs, support circles, rehearsals, massage sessions, independent workshops, or simply a place to gather.

We turn no one away. We open our doors wide. But we can’t keep this collective heart beating alone.

We’ll begin with a gentle, all-levels warm-up flow to ease tension and prepare the joints, then melt into longer-held Yin poses that release the hips, low back, and shoulders.
