Walk the entirety of Manhattan from top to bottom ✔️

Today I checked something off my “Things to do before I turn 30” bucket list! I’ve been wanting to do this for awhile and I am almost 7 years into living in this crazy city so I figured now is as good a time as ever 🤪

Being very type A, I of courseeeee made a whole itinerary, and I couldn’t have been more blessed with perfect weather or better friends 🫶🏼 doing something like this with these people I adore was so sweet! Everyone had the best attitudes and we truly had such a great time all day. My feet may never recover but I’ll cherish this memory forever.

Top 3 NYC days for me for sure - also the ferry ride to pizza in Brooklyn post-walk during sunset was just the cherry on top! 🌇

Step count: 40k
Dog count: 200 (congrats Richie)

I love this lil city 🥹

The past week has been insane! Glad to have gotten some pictures from our last few days in NY. I can’t thank everyone who came out to say goodbye to @meranie32 and me enough. I tried to get pictures with everyone but obviously that didn’t happen. A huge thank you to @howie.feelin and @dive106 for hosting us. I can’t think of a better place to say “see you later” than the place where so many friendships blossomed. And @thiswasarealnicesambake made me THE COOLEST CAKE IVE EVER HAD. Thank you, Sam!! Also pictured- some of my other favorite humans. Special shout out to @larivieresally who helped me come out to CT for one last unexpected hang! I am so grateful to know you people and I can’t wait to see you again soon.

Life lately. ❤️

Concerts with amazing friends.

Time with my girl, @jenniferhart , in Nashville. Diving into something new and learning songwriting from both her and her husband, @rricotta , has been one of the biggest gifts of this year so far.

We wrote a really incredible song together. Can’t wait to share more.

Beauty.

Girls’ weekend with my besties.

I love them. 😆

More beauty.

And more beauty.

@mattycake89 missed the group photo message so @retroronyecs made sure he was still part of the picture. 😆

Three weeks ago, we officially launched our new Broadway season at the Aronoff with The Great Gatsby! I had never read the book or seen either of the movies before, so I had a lot to learn about the details of the story and characters. Overall it was an intriguing, visually flashy and sparkling show, but the best part by far was the immensely talented performers. I was particularly excited to see both Jake David Smith as Gatsby, who I saw previously in Between the Lines and Les Mis, and Will Branner of Starkid fame, as Tom, the latter of whom with I snapped the third photo, and it was an absolute thrill seeing them in these roles and meeting them at stage door after. I also designed and made button pins for this show, as I had done a couple times last season, using the library’s wonderful MakerSpace, and I cranked out about 100 to give out to the cast, crew, Aronoff staff, show volunteers, and others! It was so fun passing out a little special Cincinnati memento to everyone, and I’m already brainstorming ideas for our next show, Boop! Wishing the company of Gatsby a great run ❤️
