Coach appreciation time!

I’ve worked with @jake.dear for over 18 months now and it’s fair to say he’s helped change my life and health for the better.
As we end our working relationship I will forever be grateful for the way he’s pushed me, lifted me and encouraged me to make the changes I never thought possible as I approached the ripe old age of 50!

This was never about looks, it was purely health and I now have a better appreciation for food, training, routine and a zest for life!

We will always have off days and they’re allowed, but I now have the tools and knowledge to maintain and grow beyond the process.

Jake, thank you for all you’ve given me over the last 18 months! Time for me to grow a bit more, be comfortable putting some weight on, ready to bring it back down to get back into a thong on stage again next year…..maybe 😬🫣🫶🏻💪🏼

My emergency c-section absolutely floored me, I never thought I’d feel the same again.
But slowly and bit by bit, I’ve worked on my health and I feel like me again and somehow even stronger than before 💪🏼

@jake.dear 10kg lost, what’s next? 🤷🏻‍♀️👀

Sharing your wins as a coach is so important. Showing people that you can actually deliver the results you promise is ultimately going to help drive your coaching business forward.

Of course, it doesn’t always have to be done through a photoshoot like this. Client testimonials, before-and-after posts, and sharing real success stories are all powerful ways to showcase your results.

People want to see proof, but more importantly, they want to see results they can relate to. Showing the journeys of real clients helps potential customers see what could be possible for them too.

THE COMEBACK WAS PERSONAL.

Same top / different person.

Everything about ME has changed. I’m confident, I love the girl in the mirror. The consistency, my determination, setting goals and making sure they are met EVERY day is what I do now.

-30kg🔥

& I’m not done.

End of week 23/52! The year is motoring by.

1. Graffiti isn’t something I’m taken with, but just up from where I live the artwork changes almost daily! Pretty talented to be fair.
2-4. Snippet of my photoshoot with @jake.dear an ‘end’ to the process I’ve had with him and how he’s helped transform my health and how I feel. Rightly celebrating what I’ve done.
5-7. The annual jaunt with dear friends to the Keswick Beer festival…not really drank for a long time, so I’ll admit I was a little light headed after a few! Didn’t go mad, but was relaxed enough to enjoy the event 😊😂

So, what next. Maintain and build on the lifestyle I want now my goal was exceeded. Away with work for these next two weekend on exercise, so let’s see how the reserves operate and how taxing It will be! Haha

End of week 22/52. Where to start? What an end to the week and the culmination of some hard work (very hard at times; more mentally).

1. My boy. Brings me so much joy!
2. Eating right 😬
3 - 8. Wow, just wow. I’m still on a high. What a crazy humbling day. Placing 3rd in my first ever comp 🥹 so overwhelming and not even expected.
4. The man who’s guided me and become someone incredibly important to me; he has changed my life @jake.dear
5. My world, my daughter who surprised me and travelled down to cheer for me ❤️ @millylouise2004
6. I loved my Nando’s post show!!! May have been washed down with an Easter egg my folks had saved for me 😂
7. My forever memory of the day. An invite to the British Championships during to my top 3 placing! ❤️💪🏼
8. Who else than Arnie to look after my medals 😁

Honestly, I have so many people to thank, I could list you all. Friends, family, my posing coach; @liamwatson_ifbbpro the gym community at @tathams_gymandfitness you’ve helped me more than I could ever thank you.

I must however give the biggest thanks to the silent person behind the scene that doesn’t really go public and that’s my partner @kidd1368. She’s put up with my lack of food moods, my tiredness, my time in the gym, my time out exercising, all whilst running her own life and supporting her own family. I owe her the most!

Few more days and I have my photoshoot, then I can relax for a bit, take stock and decide what I do next. More challenges, but starting from a better place.

Genuine love and thanks to all of you that have been there for me.

Jake in the studio with his coach @jake.dear

A good example of capturing more than just the physique. You’ve got the condition, but also the person behind it and the coach who helped get him there.

Clean setup, simple background, nothing distracting. Just focus on the result and the work that went into it.

These are the shots that mean something later, not just now.

If you’re thinking about booking a shoot, check the calendar and get a date locked in.

#Ad @jake.dear works with serving and ex forces men who want to get back to operating standard.

“I see the same story most weeks. The weight creeps on.

The standards slip. The body stops looking like the man you remember. That is not a discipline problem. It is a structure problem. The military gave you a framework, and when it goes, most of what held the standard goes with it.

My job is to reinstall that structure for civilian or serving life. Training, nutrition, accountability. Ten weeks, ten kilos off, guaranteed.

If any of this lands, the free Forces Fat Loss Playbook is in my bio.

No pressure. Just here if you want a hand.”
