Tonight. 90 minutes. The 3 keys to getting lean in under 3 hours a week. Last call.

Over the last ten days I’ve walked through why the five day grind isn’t the answer, why cardio isn’t the fat loss tool you think it is, why your past diets failed, and why the plan has to fit your actual life instead of asking you to pause it.

Tonight I’m putting all three keys together, live, in 90 minutes, for free. No pitch-fest, no 3-hour webinar funnel.

Just the framework, start to finish, so you can actually use it whether or not you ever work with me.

If you’ve been following along these last ten days and something in here has clicked, tonight’s the room to be in.

Comment “FIT4LIFE” and I’ll send you the link, spots are filling up and this is the last reminder before we start.

Much Love,
Coach Tyler🤍

My goal with every client is that eventually, you never need another coach.

I know that’s a strange thing for someone in my position to say, most of this industry is built to keep you paying forever, chasing the next program, the next plan, the next “new method.”

But if I’ve done my job right, you leave actually understanding why the plan works.

Not just following instructions blind, not depending on me texting you what to eat next. You know how to adjust, how to keep progress, and how to build the next phase yourself.

I’d rather coach you for a year and have it actually stick for the rest of your life, than have you paying me forever because you never learned the process underneath it.

That’s the whole philosophy behind the workshop I’m running October 14th, 90 minutes, live, built to actually teach you something, not just sell you something.

If you’re not feeling motivated right now, I’m not going to tell you to find more willpower.

Motivation isn’t the prerequisite for change, it’s usually the result of small wins stacking up. So start somewhere that doesn’t require any.

Parking farther away. Taking the stairs. Walking to the coffee shop instead of driving. None of these require a plan, a gym, or a mood. They simply allow you to do the thing you were already going to do, slightly different.

This is how most of my clients actually start, not with a dramatic overhaul, but with one small, repeatable shift that doesn’t depend on motivation showing up first.

I break this down at my free workshop on October 14th, how small inputs compound into real change without needing to feel ready.

I want to take the blame off you for a second, because I think you’ve been carrying it for years.

Every time you’ve lost weight, you did it by eating less. Which works, right up until your body adjusts, and then you’re maintaining on 1,400 calories with nowhere left to go.

When you eventually stop, you go back to normal eating with a slower metabolism than the one you had when you started. That’s why the weight comes back faster than it left.

That’s not a discipline problem. You ran step three without step two.

Build your metabolism first. Two to three full-body days a week, no cardio, and calories that climb slowly while your weight holds. Spend a few months there and you’re maintaining at 2,200 instead of 1,400.

Now, your fat loss happens at 1,900, which is more food than you used to eat trying to maintain, and when you finish losing weight you go back up to 2,200 instead of ridiculously low calories you can’t sustain.

Same person. Same discipline. Different order. That’s the whole thing.

This is Key 3 that I’m covering in my free workshop, October 14th. 90 minutes, live.

Every restrictive diet you’ve tried asks you to remove the things that make you feel human.

Forget the wine with your partner, the dinner out, the actual foods you love and replace it with a rulebook….

It works for a few weeks. Then real life shows up, you break a rule, you feel like you failed, and the whole thing collapses.

The framework I teach works backwards instead. We look at what’s actually non-negotiable to you, the Friday drink, the Sunday dinner, whatever it is…

Then build calories and training around those fixed points, not in spite of them. Nothing gets removed. It gets planned for.

That’s the difference between a diet you white-knuckle for six weeks and a way of eating you’re still doing in six years.

This is part of Key number 3 at my free workshop on October 14th.

I don’t program cardio for fat loss.

A treadmill session burns calories for 40 minutes and then it’s over. The muscle you build is on your body 24 hours a day, raising what you burn at rest, at your desk, and asleep.

If you only have a few hours a week, spending them on the thing that only pays while you’re doing it is the worst trade available to you.

And there’s a second cost nobody mentions. Long hard cardio stacked on top of a calorie deficit is more stress on a system that’s already running lean, which is exactly when your body starts holding on instead of letting go.

Two to three full-body lifts a week. Walk more inside the day you already have. That’s it. That’s the whole movement side of the framework.

This is Key number 2 out of the three I’m teaching at my free workshop on October 14th.

90 minutes, live, no cost.

You don’t have to get your ass kicked for a workout to count.

Stop 2 to 3 reps short of failure, every set, and that’s the only intensity requirement.

Training to the point of shaking, seeing stars, or needing to lie on the floor feels like proof you worked hard…

But that level of effort wrecks your recovery, which means you need more days to bounce back. Then you can’t train again until you’re rested and for someone training 2 to 3 days a week, that math doesn’t work.

Leaving a couple reps in the tank keeps each set effective for building muscle, without borrowing against your next session.

You walk out able to function at your job, pick up your kid, sleep fine and still show up fully recovered for your next workout.

Hard isn’t the goal. Repeatable is the goal.

That’s Key number 2 of what I’m teaching at my free workshop on October 14th.

One of the 6 areas in your life is quietly ruining the other five.

For most of the people I work with, it’s eating in a way that feels in control. For some, it’s sleep. For a few, it’s just moving at all during the day.

Here’s the mistake almost everyone makes, they try to overhaul everything on Monday. Diet, training, sleep, stress, hydration, movement, all at once.

By Thursday they’re depleted and they quit everything, including the one piece that was actually working before they piled five more on top of it.

Find the one lever that’s ruining the rest. Fix that one first, deliberately, before you touch anything else.

The other five tend to move on their own once that foundation is solid, it’s rarely about doing more things, it’s about doing the right one first.

This is exactly the kind of prioritization I will walk through at my free workshop on October 14th, 90 minutes, live, no cost.

Two to three. That’s the number of workouts a week you can actually sustain, for years, without your life falling apart around it.

So that’s the program. Not a compromise version of a “real” program. The actual program.

Here’s why more doesn’t win👇🏼

Five or six days a week works as long as your schedule allows it…. Which for most busy professionals is about 3 weeks before a work trip, a sick kid, or a deadline wrecks the streak.

Then the guilt kicks in, you fall off completely, and you’re back to zero🙃

Two to three full-body sessions a week, done consistently for a year, beats six days a week done consistently for three weeks, every single time.

Consistency compounds. Intensity of effort doesn’t matter if the plan can’t survive contact with your actual life.

This is Key number 1 of the 3 I’m teaching at my free workshop on October 14th
