Gyms. Job sites. Golf courses. Classrooms. Cafes. Ballrooms.

All over the country, communities are finding their own ways to stand up against violence against women and children. Ice baths and honest conversations. Toolbox talks that go deeper. Trivia nights, sausage sizzles and painted nails in places you wouldn’t expect.

Different crowds, same message: preventing violence is everyone’s business.

Swipe through to see how they did it.

The best measure of Polished Spaces? What the pilot partners in it are saying.

Gyms @bft_hawthorn and @vrtusbondi are proving the model first, and everything they learn is shaping how we bring this to workplaces, pubs and clubs next.

At the end of the day, we all want to feel safe, loved and cared for.

There's freedom in letting go of who you think you're supposed to be. When you can just be yourself, you show up better for the people around you, too.

Together, we can build a future where strength is vulnerability. A future free from violence.

FROZEN ❄️🩵🗻

Outstanding productions like this are the product of an immense amount of hard work by an incredible group of people. Onstage and offstage, there have been countless hours and so much love poured into bringing Arendelle to life. I am absolutely blown away by the absurd talent found in so many facets of Babirra. Grateful does not cover it, and there are too many names to fit into this post.

This show is about love: finding it where you least expect it, and finding it where you never knew it had been hiding all along. With this, I must recognise how deeply I love this art form and this craft. Musical theatre is immeasurably difficult, and ridiculously time consuming. Yet, there is nothing else like it, and I will be chasing this type of joy until I can no longer move.

Oaken asks us all to slow down, to utilise the power of community, and to see the good in the world. Originally puzzled by this casting decision, I have now come to recognise that I could never have played anyone else. Oaken and I are undeniably united in our relentless optimism and pursuit of a happier tomorrow. I am so grateful for this role and all that it has reminded me to embrace. Life truly is a never-ending storm, and Hygge is the best way to shelter through it.

I have exhausted my own words, so I will leave you with some of Oaken’s: It can’t be Hygge without your family and friends 🤍

Bye bye for now :))

I love deadlifts and musicals (weight lifted does not correlate to people's actual weight)

What if changing the culture started with one conversation? That's the heart of our 2026 Polished Man campaign.

Real change happens when people we trust lead by example. When conversations happen in our homes, workplaces, sporting clubs and communities. When boys and men see healthier ways to show up for themselves and for others.

To every ambassador who has shared their story and stood alongside us, thank you. Your honesty, vulnerability and courage have brought this campaign to life. Every painted nail. Every conversation. Every story shared. Together, they help build communities where care, respect and equality become the norm.

Now it's your turn:
💅 Paint a nail
🗣️ Start a conversation
💰 Raise funds
💙 Help build communities where women and children are free from violence

Head to www.polishedman.com to get involved!

A huge thank you to @balloontreestudios for believing in this vision and helping us bring it to life.
