Have you ever allowed yourself to completely let go?

To quiet the noise, soften your body, and simply surrender to the moment?

🍂 Step into an enchanted autumn forest, where golden leaves gently fall, the air is still, and nature reminds us of the beauty of letting go.

Through guided meditation, you’ll journey inward, releasing what feels heavy and reconnecting with the quiet space within.

🔥 We’ll begin with an Agni Ceremony, a sacred fire offering symbolizing release, purification, and transformation. An opportunity to surrender what no longer serves you and make space for something new.

Then, allow yourself to drift into deep relaxation as the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gong, and healing instruments wash over you.

An evening to slow down, surrender, and simply be.

✨ Like the trees in autumn, we too can find beauty in letting go.

Want a simple way to work deep core and unlock tight hips all at once? ✨

Balance your block
Pull your head, neck, and shoulders off the mat
Point right leg down (inhale)
Flex right leg up (exhale)
Switch sides.

By lifting your upper body, and balancing the block you create an isometric hold. Adding the active point and flex with the leg lowering forces your hips to build strength through movement.

Try it on Core day! 🔥

Your brain is constantly processing information—but sometimes we spend so much time thinking, planning, analyzing and staring at screens that we forget how much information comes from simply experiencing the world around us.

Vision, sound, movement, proprioception, breathing and our environment all influence how the nervous system organizes movement.

The goal isn’t to “shut off” one side of your brain. It’s to give your brain different inputs and different ways to process them.

Sometimes the best thing you can do for your nervous system is simple:

See more. Feel more. Move more. Analyze less. 🧠🌊

I get asked all the time what I do for workouts, and the answer is… a little bit of everything 😂

CrossFit, HYROX, running, Pilates, yoga. They all challenge my body in completely different ways, and that’s exactly why I love doing all of them.

I don’t think our bodies are meant to do the same thing over and over again. We’re meant to move in different directions, at different speeds, under different loads and through different ranges.

Some days I want to lift heavy. Some days I want to run. Some days I need to slow down, breathe and actually pay attention to how I’m moving.

I don’t train just to be good at one thing. I want to be strong, mobile, conditioned, coordinated and able to adapt to whatever I’m asking my body to do.

There’s no perfect workout. Give your body options. 🫶🏼

Breathing is one of the most repetitive movements your body performs, yet it’s often one of the most overlooked. 🫁

Your diaphragm does a lot more than move air in and out of your lungs. It works alongside your rib cage, abdominal wall, and pelvic floor to help manage pressure, create stability, and influence how you move.

That’s why I pay attention to how my patients breathe, not just whether they can take a “deep breath.”

Sometimes we don’t need more stretching, more mobility work, or even a bigger inhale.

Sometimes we need to create a better position, get a better exhale, and give the body access to movement it wasn’t finding before.

Breathing isn’t the answer to everything, but it can change the options your body has available.

Move better. Breathe better. Feel better. 🫁

Accidentally signed up for Yin yoga and my body said absolutely not 😂

I like to supplement my regular training with yoga a few times a month when I can, but this class left me feeling achy, heavy, unstable and just…off.

And it was a good reminder of something I tell my patients all the time:

Feeling tight doesn’t always mean you need to stretch. And more mobility isn’t always better.

Sometimes your body is looking for something completely different — muscular engagement, stability, pressure, sensory feedback, or simply a better ability to control the range you already have.

Does that mean Yin yoga is bad? Not at all. Someone else could take the exact same class and leave feeling incredible.

There’s no universally “good” or “bad” exercise. There’s just the question of what input does YOUR body need right now?

Mine apparently needed me to read the class description before booking. 😂🧘‍♀️
