We were bought at a price. That means our identity isn’t up for negotiation. We are not who the enemy says we are. We are who God says we are.

It’s time to walk in the full authority we have in Christ. Seated with Him in heavenly places (Ephesians 2:6). Redeemed, not by silver or gold, but by the blood of Jesus (1 Peter 1:18-19). No longer slaves to fear, but sons and daughters with power and dominion.

Here’s the thing. Authority you don’t know you have is authority you’ll never use. So many of us are still living defeated, still begging for what’s already been given, still shrinking back because we’ve never fully grasped what the cross actually purchased. It wasn’t just forgiveness. It was position. It was power. It was a complete transfer of identity.

God wants you to find your identity through Him. He’s given you a light that only He can turn on. That’s the focus of Episode 1 of our podcast launch, allowing Christ to be the light switch, the One who illuminates us and propels us forward.

Listen to Episode 1 now on Spotify and Apple Podcasts. Link in bio.

A faith-centered podcast that explores identity through Christ, the discipline required to glorify the Lord, and the realities of navigating ambition, relationships, and personal growth in the modern world. The heart of this podcast is the belief that the light of Christ lives within you, shaping how you think, grow, and move through life.

Through honest conversations, my goal is to reflect on both the challenges and the beauty of living out our faith in everyday life. The goal is simple: to remind you that God has already placed purpose, strength, and light within you, and to encourage you to grow spiritually while pursuing the life you’re called to live.

The idea for the podcast came from the words of God, scripture that keeps us rooted. Through relationship with Him, we can discover our purpose.

“You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.” — Matthew 5:14-16

Maybe you’ve been feeling disconnected from your faith. Maybe you’re trying to balance ambition and devotion to the Lord, figure out relationships and identity, or find purpose in a world that never slows down. The Light Within Us Podcast exists to meet you in the middle of all of it and help you stay aligned with Christ Jesus.

Stay tuned! The very first episode drops in June. I’m so excited to share this with you all and I’m praying the Lord continues to move through this ministry, blessing you and so many others.

An idea given to me by the Lord is something I will always cherish and this podcast has been ordained and stamped by Him!

I thank Him for giving me the boldness to step out in faith and pursue spreading His gospel through the gifts He has given me. The journey of starting this podcast has truly been a blessing, every decision, every approval, every application, every resource has been provided to be me through Him and I pray I steward this journey well!

I’m so excited to continue share this special project with you all so follow for more updates to learn more about the mission of “The Light Within Us Podcast”.

This is Part 1 of what it looks like when Queens show up, speak life, and move with purpose.

What do Queens Know, you ask?
A visual reminder of what #QueensKnow:

QueensKnow that when you put God first, apply yourself, and move with grace — everything else will align. ✨

@goldieroc said it best: “Don’t worry about nobody else. Do what YOU do.” 💯

And @jalsnaturalcurls reminded us that a true Queen is authentically herself. Period.

Now it’s your turn — what do you know, Queen?

mini life & loc dump 🌱

quick yap: its so crazy because i know i owe y’all videos and they are definitely filmed but the editing has felt like a lot lately. balancing working full time, preparing for grad school, preparing to move, and keeping up with myself and my people has had me exhausted so this page has kinda fallen by the wayside. it’s even more frustrating knowing that i wanted to be consistent with content this year but frankly i’m just so tired that since my grad school stuff has finished, i’ve been doing the bare minimum in many areas of my life. i’ve been working and grinding basically nonstop since i started undergrad in 2020. every summer i worked and took classes to graduate in 3 years, then i’ve been working full time since completing my bachelors in 2023. and granted, i’ve accomplished a lot but im TIRED 😭. i need to find a way to refresh because i don’t like the feeling of not working toward my goals.

anyways, i appreciate you all on this page who follow along with my journey and engage with my content. i know y’all tired of me saying it but i promise videos are in the works. 🥹
