This week, I’m praying for freedom. Freedom in my calendar, my relationships, my conversations, and the expectations l’ve carried too long.
God, free me from whatever keeps pulling me away from myself: guilt, overexplaining, obligation, constant availability, and the need to keep everyone comfortable.
Free me to tell the truth, set limits, change my mind, protect my time, and choose differently.

AMEN
