When we connect with a genuine willingness to step into service, it opens a portal to one of the highest vibrations available to both the giver and the receiver.

We may be the conduit through which resources, care, healing energy and love can flow, but so often, the people we support are the ones nourishing us tenfold in return.

Today, I am honored to step back into that mission and invite each of you to become part of a heart centered project that means the world to me.

I’m calling on you, my friends, family and community to help support seven beautiful souls living at Clínica San Juan de Dios in Cusco, Peru. Their essential care has been reduced, putting their comfort, mobility, communication and overall health at risk.

Together, we are raising $12,500 to restore six months of care, including three therapy sessions per patient each week, six months of medication, two specialized wheelchairs, medical supplies, clothing, toys and comfort items.

I will personally oversee the distribution of funds as invoices are provided and share updates throughout this journey so you can see the impact we create together.

We made a commitment to each other that growth would be at the cornerstone of our relationship. We’ve grown at different times and in different ways. Through our individual growth and self evolution we’ve managed to stay connected and support one another in our goals and achievements which only made us more connected.

I have loved you @james_silvas through many chapters, through the birth of our two sons, through the aging of our bodies, and through all the business travels.

Every retreat has the opportunity to leave its destination better than it found it.

At Sacred Ohms, one of our deepest commitments is reciprocity—the belief that the places that hold our retreats deserve to be honored, supported, and cared for in return.

Recently, our co-founder, @iamchelseypierce , had the honor of co-facilitating the Forge Men’s Leadership Retreat at one of the beautiful venues in the Sacred Ohms collection, @dwachandrabali in Ubud, Bali.

As part of the retreat, Forge partnered with @balistreetmums_project to raise funds that will provide mattresses & medical aid for mothers and children living in the local slums, helping create greater dignity, comfort, and care for families in need.

The group also joined local children for a community river cleanup—an opportunity to care for the land together while inspiring the next generation to become stewards of the place they call home.

This is the kind of leadership we love to see.

I’m fresh off co-facilitating Forge Elite in Bali and I’ve been reflecting on something I’ve witnessed over and over again throughout the past decade of working alongside men in leadership.

From hospitality and executive teams to transformational retreats and coaching, one truth has remained consistent:

So many of the stories we’ve inherited about men simply aren’t true.

MISCONCEPTIONS:
That they don’t feel deeply.
That vulnerability is weakness.
That they don’t want emotional intimacy.
That strength means carrying everything alone.

My experience has shown me something very different.
I’ve witnessed men deeply devoted to becoming better fathers, partners, sons, brothers, leaders, and humans.
I’ve watched tears fall when they finally felt safe enough to put down the weight they’ve been carrying for years.
I’ve seen courage that didn’t look like dominance—it looked like honesty.

I’ve come to believe that within every grown man is a younger man who was simply doing his best with the love, guidance, and examples he was given.

He wanted to belong.
He wanted to make those around him proud.
He wanted to know he was enough.

That younger man doesn’t disappear with age.
He simply learns to protect himself.

One of the greatest gifts of my work has been learning to see both: the grounded man standing before me and the younger man within who still longs to be met with compassion instead of judgment.

This doesn’t mean excusing harmful behavior or abandoning healthy boundaries.

It means remembering our shared humanity.

Because when people feel safe, they soften.
When they soften, they heal.
And when they heal, they lead differently.

Supporting heart-centered men as they heal, lead, navigate life’s transitions, deepen their relationships, and come home to themselves has become one of the greatest honors of my life.

If this resonates, my door is open.

Here’s to a future where both men and women feel safe enough to live, lead, and love from the truth of who they are.

I get it.

Even with me, I am doing a podcast. There are a million podcasts out there.

But the intention behind Breach One Teach One is different.

I wanted to create a space to share the codes, wisdom, & real lessons from mentors who helped me, plus people who have the recipes, scars, experience, & have been through the fire for real.

That is why this content exists.

Branden broke it down perfectly.

Of course you need the fundamentals first.

You need the reps, the training, foundational knowledge, to understand the rules of whatever game you are playing. That’s the 10,000 hours!

But after that, it becomes about what makes you uniquely you! It becomes your style.

When you are truly tapped into your gift in your own unique way, that is when you become an ARTIST.

Whether it is coding, business, fitness, basketball, content, leadership, or whatever you are building in your career, the people who separate themselves are the ones who are uniquely them.

They take the knowledge.
They absorb what is useful.
They discard what is not.
Then they remix it into something only they could create.

That is the artist.
