It’s The Shift pod Tuesday and today’s guest is a WHIRLWIND. Meet @tabithawebbuk - fashion designer, entrepreneur, romantic novelist and one-woman motivation machine! Like the heroines of her novels, she is not one to go quietly!

Tabitha joined me to talk:
- being an older mum
- the menopause puberty collision
- why she can’t stand the way her husband breathes!
- her fantastic mum who ‘doesn’t want an old man breathing down her neck!’, (there’s that breathing again!)
- being resolutely uncool
- how it felt to turn her back on the fashion label she put so much into
- how to believe anything is possible
- the joy of ‘climbing your second mountain.’
And loads loads more

You’ll find the episode wherever you get your pods or at the link in my bio
