What happens at AffiliateCon… doesn’t stay at AffiliateCon. 🐅

We found the camera roll.
We have questions.
We have no answers.
And somehow Greg Glassman ended up with a Tyson tattoo.

The Wolfpack survived Dallas. Barely.

Which photo is the most incriminating? 👇

“Socialization” is a fancy term for your dog that simply means giving your dogs exposure to the things you want them to experience without reacting to them.

Here we simply give Rhea a chance to sit and then move to a down on her own. We intermittently mark (“yes”) then reward when she stays calm with things moving by or gives us her attention.

We always leave enough space to “escape” if she gets to worked up, and we make sure we don’t sit in a place that gives too much stimulus! #dogs #dogsofinstagram #hobartdogco #dogtraining #dogbehavior

Teaching reflects the trainer’s ability to bridge the gap between the knowledge of their craft, and the ability to effectively and accurately communicate that knowledge to others.

CrossFit coaches chase virtuosity in every aspect of their craft, knowing full well they will never attain it but always striving to better serve those who have entrusted them with their health.

Tag a good coach!

“I need to get fit before I try CrossFit.”

We hear this ALL the time at Southend.

And I get it.

You see people doing pull-ups, lifting heavy weights, walking on their hands and think there’s absolutely no chance you could do any of that 😂

But here’s the thing…

You’re not supposed to be able to do all of that when you start.

That’s what the coaching is for.

We meet you where you’re at, teach you the fundamentals and help you progress at a pace that suits you.

You don’t need to be fit.
You don’t need to be strong.
You don’t need any experience.

You just need to be willing to give it a go.

And we’ve made that first step even easier with our beginner classes every Monday and Wednesday at 6pm.

If you’ve been thinking about trying CrossFit but haven’t quite built up the courage, send us a DM saying BEGINNER.

We’ll help you get started 🖤🩷

@crashcrucible 2026

We’ve streamed this competition for the last 3 years, each year we’ve improved the stream.
This year with the help of @competitioncorner it was by far the best one yet.

I often get asked, since you don’t make any money (in fact it costs me money) doing these, why do them at all?

1. I get to hangout with my friends and that time together is extremely valuable to me.

2. I believe in @crossfitcrash to be one of the best comp programmers in the space and will always support him.

3. To me, it embodies what @crossfit competitions should be, great tests of fitness done inside a @crossfitaffiliates

4. As much as it stresses me out, I love real time, high stakes problem solving. I had zero intention on learning to stream live events and honestly I’m probably the least qualified person to do it but here we are.

5. Learning new skills is one of the only investments that will continue to provide a return for a lifetime.

Thank you to the team and their relentless dedication and hard work, for without them none of this would be possible.
I’d go to war with those people.

Lastly thank you to @crossfitcrash for your trust in me, it means more than you know.

Until next year! 🫡
