As October and the cold slowly come creeping in, we look back to our Backyard Ultra we held last year. All of the brave participants who toed the starting line in the middle of winter, to see how long they’d last.

We’re bringing it back this year, on October 23rd. Sign up in the link in our bio.

Week 23 of The Trail Club! Incredible morning, incredible group, incredible trail. Blown away by how this group continues to show up and get stronger week after week. Headlamps are soon in our future, but we’ve got plenty weeks of running left before the season is up!

This Saturday 30 members of the Trail Club will be racing at A-Basin for the Cirque series race. This is one of the best days of the year and is going to be a blast!

Meet the Phun Bar Crew.

24 athletes. Runners, cyclists, skiers, surfers, mountaineers, triathletes. All of them out there doing the real thing... and fueling with Phun Bar while they do it.

This isn't an influencer club. It's a crew of people who move, who show up for their communities, and who actually eat the bars they talk about.

Every one of them has a story worth reading. Meet the whole crew on the site. Link in bio.

They're all tagged in this post... go give them a follow and watch what they're doing out there. Your feed will be better for it.

Week 21 of The Trail Club! Mornings are getting darker, but that only means we get to run with the sunrise. Another outstanding day on North Table Mountain. The summer is winding down, but trail season is still going strong!

Reminder, we have 5 spots left on our team running the Cirque Series race at A-Basin on Sept 5th. Let me know if you’re interested!

A week later, one thing still stands out from the inaugural Bay Area 100: the people.

From the runners chasing big goals to the volunteers showing up before sunrise, this event felt like a reminder of what makes trail running special.
At Inspiration Point, I watched athletes push through the first 23 miles while volunteers welcomed them with encouragement, food, and a smile.

The Nomadic Adventure Club brought incredible energy to the aid station.
The community spirit throughout the day was impossible to miss.

The miles matter, but it's the people, the journey along the way, that make these experiences unforgettable.

Next Up: Excited to share the journey of The Western States 100 with my trailsister @rebeccalynnguenther.
