Sometimes fitness is just about getting outside, having fun, moving your body and enjoying connecting with people.

One thing I’ve always believed as a Personal Trainer is that the more you enjoy fitness, the more likely you are to stick with it. When exercise becomes something you want to do rather than something you have to do, that’s when you start building sustainable results.

There’s so much focus these days on PBs, pushing harder, training more and constantly chasing the next result. But fitness doesn’t always have to be that serious.

Sometimes it’s about going back to basics. Moving your body, connecting with friends and feeling the positive response you get from exercise.

Solo sessions build discipline. Training partners build everything else 💪

Nothing beats that voice telling you more rep, giving you that extra support or post workout fulfilment.
