Instructor Challenge: part 17 👏🏼

The old man mobility test. Stand on one leg, stay balanced while picking up your shoe, then put it on and tie it. This is a great challenge to train your balance. Can you do it?

We’re back to try the iron knee challenge! It looks simple, but it tests your stability, balance, and control. The best way to build resilient knees is to strengthen the chain that supports them: your glutes, hamstrings, quads, calves, and your core.

Can you do it? 👀

Instructor challenge: part fourteen 🤭

Single-leg strength is one of the most practical qualities to train because so much of daily life happens on one leg at a time. Walking, climbing stairs, hiking, running, and even standing to put on a shoe all require the ability to support and control your body weight on a single leg. When that strength is lacking, the body often compensates elsewhere, which can affect balance, efficiency, and overall movement quality.

So while this is a silly internet challenge, building single-leg strength helps improve stability, coordination, and confidence in your everyday movement! It also exposes side-to-side differences that are easy to miss during traditional strength exercises.

Can you do it? 👀
