Today is Blue Monday, the day people call the “most depressing” of the year.

But for a lot of men, that feeling isn’t just one day.
It’s quiet. It’s constant. And it’s hidden behind “I’m fine.”

The Ordinary Man is a film about men’s mental health, masculinity, and the silent battles men fight to appear strong.

If you’re struggling, you’re not weak.
You’re human. And you’re not alone.

💙 Check in on your people today.

Casting for EMILY (Supporting) in The Ordinary Man — a heartfelt short exploring masculinity, grief, and the silent battles men face.

Emily: mid 20s, white, brunette, slim build. Soft, grounding energy; someone whose presence offers comfort. Must be able to convey intimacy and closeness in small, naturalistic moments. Includes a brief affectionate moment with the male lead (hug and/or light kiss).
