🎥 Behind the scenes of our latest shoot. Captured on our 360 camera, this is a glimpse into the setup process before filming a promotional video for a local private gym focused on delivering high-quality, one-to-one personal training. The final video always gets the spotlight, but a lot goes into creating the shots that tell the story. From planning camera angles to dialling in the details, every frame is designed to showcase the client’s brand at its best. Looking forward to sharing the finished project soon. 📸🎬 Need professional content for your business? Firstly, to all my friends - I’m sorry for the mammoth spamming of me being a runner and doing the marathon, in 4 months it will stop and I’ll go back to only posting pictures of the beach when I’m not in the country 🤣 Secondly, I need your donations pretty please 🙏 Running the @londonmarathon for the amazing charity @childrenwithcanceruk I am about 1/5 of the way to the total, so need every penny possible to get to the target, and hopefully beyond! It’s gonna be tough but the next 3 month I’m gonna work my arse off to be the fittest and best I can be to get through the 26.2 miles with the help of the AMAZING @jamiewooffitt99 Link is is my bio to donate - and will be in all my stories for the foreseeable Donate and block me for a while if need be, that’s ok! 🤣 Wish me luck, let’s do this!!

We don’t chase numbers only - performance is what matters! A whole heap of my athletes are making waves in the gym and that is transferring onto the pitch as it should. Some athletes can get stuck chasing numbers that don’t actually matter… you then lose sight of the real purpose of training. Keep the main thing the main thing and have a clear direction with your training, avoid chasing numbers the pros put up and start finding your areas for performance, adding 10kg to your squat PB that is already big won’t improve your performance. Rant over. #trainwrightperformance
