I’ve been asked what’s next… next chapter of @studioshift__ EPPPP!! Some VERY exciting shifts are coming and I genuinely think little Immi would be GIDDY over what’s unfolding (and what has already unfolded these last years tbh) 🥹🤸‍♀️ My mission has always been to help myself and others FEEL ALIVE, and I can’t wait to pour even more of my heart into this for both others & myself

@jesscrichton.movement I couldn’t be more proud of the trainer you’ve become and genuinely couldn’t think of someone I’d be more excited to pass the lead role to. @kic.studio is SO lucky to have you & @debbiekebbell bringing both your magic, energy and flair into this next chapter 🩷

And to the COMMUNITY… I LOVE YOU BEYOND!!! 🥹😭🩵I’m sure there will be many more tears shed over not seeing your beautiful energies every day. Thank you for showing up, leaning in, trusting the process and allowing yourselves to be so free (& dance through life). You’ve reminded me time and time again why I do what I do. It’s never just been about the movement or the breathwork. It’s about connection, expression, freedom, TAKING UP SPACE IYKYK and those moments where you remember just how GOOD it feels to be human 🤸‍♀️ Okay lol now I’m sounding next level cringe but also mean it 🩷🧚🏼🧚🏼 SO MUCH LOVE ALWAYS xxxxx
