🪷💦🌊 It was a deeply moving experience joining the @whwolfpack early morning crew to support @janeb_reads for a #DaisyDip, to honor her late mother, Judy. Since daisies were Judy’s favorite flower, the solemn dip brought a beautiful sense of purpose and connection. We were so grateful to share that with Jane.

Jumping into Saturday with Gusto! After being a bit caught in a loop of low grade anxiety and depression that can be so exhausting this past week… it was revitalizing to be in good coming with the @whwolfpack this morning and we just couldn’t get enough of the FUN! #rewireyourbrain #nervoussystemhealth #coldwatertherapy #seasideliving #findyourtribe

Woke up super grumpy this morning and almost talked myself out of it… but I got in anyway. And just like every single time — it was the best decision.
43°F water, a full reset for the mind, and that feeling you can’t quite explain unless you’ve done it. Cold, alive, clear.
And the community… truly magical. You never regret getting in. 💙

We all have a goddess within us✨ Friday the 13th is a day to honor the Divine Feminine and a reminder to celebrate that goddess within and tap into our inner power. Live your best goddess life and shine bright.💫✨🌟💃
So grateful for these goddesses, connecting with each other, and a double dip (for me)to celebrate together!
Happy Friday the 13th💫

We did it! We dipped in the Atlantic Ocean every day for #nomissnovember, the water temp average 45 degrees, air temp 32 - 40, except when windy and then it’s really freezing!

All inspired by my dear friend and the biggest #swifty @janeb_reads for the 2nd year of commemorating her Mom and their Love.

Some days we were together, others we had to go it alone but always checked in and accountable for each other’s success. There were favorite days perfectly captured… turning 63 on Day 9, and especially day #13 You are in Love, which wasn’t planned but realized while making this recap. More @taylorswift magic for Jane 💕

Make promises to yourself and keep them. It feels so good. Make them with friends and they’re easier. Every day is saved in highlights for NoMissNovember. Never to forget this special journey. Thank you Jane for a wonderful adventure 🥰

The days are getting shorter. We’re entering the wintering season. The temperature is dropping. The water is getting colder. My mood has been grey… it’s a grief of heavy sorrow with the state of the world. So today was a day nature gave to us. And when a day like today comes along, open up and feel the glow in your heart…in the smiles.
