Autumn Apple Salad with Raspberry Jalapeño Dressing 🍎🍂

Crisp green apples, fresh spinach, bloomy rind cheese and pistachios, tossed with a simple Raspberry Jalapeño dressing.

Fresh, cozy and very fall. 🍂

For the salad
• Fresh spinach (or greens of your choice)
• 1–2 green apples, thinly sliced
• bloomy rind cheese (@greendirtfarm)
• Pistachios

For the dressing:
• 2 tablespoons @janetsfinest Raspberry Jalapeño Compote
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• Salt & freshly ground pepper, to taste

To make it:
Whisk the compote and olive oil together, then season with salt and pepper. Toss the spinach and apples lightly with the dressing, then add the cheese and pistachios. Give it one more gentle toss and serve.

Perfect alongside a cozy fall soup and bread. 🍂
