🥇TEAM USA WINS GOLD!!🥇

Team USA has won GOLD at the @bocusedor Americas Selection and secured a place at the Bocuse d’Or Grand Finale in Lyon, France, in January 2027!

We couldn’t be more proud of Head Chef @v_loseto , Commis @higsontyler, Coach @chefmattpeters, Chef @chefrobertsulatycky & the entire Team USA support team💪. Months of dedication, discipline, and hard work led to a remarkable performance and a well-earned spot on the podium.

Thank you to the unwavering support of our leaders @chefthomaskeller @danielboulud @gavinkaysen, our Culinary Council, partners, and the entire Ment’or team. This achievement reflects the strength of an incredible community that stands behind Team USA! 🇺🇸

And congratulations to all the countries who competed — it is an honor to share the podium with Canada and Colombia!

We had the honor of being hosted by @ro.lounge on the first night of our @bocusedor Team USA Ceremony in Napa, CA. Huge thank you to @jefferyhayashi and the entire RO Restaurant & Lounge team for an incredible meal and such warm hospitality in a truly beautiful space.

I am deeply honored and proud to have had the opportunity to represent the United States - a lifelong dream of mine to compete under the American flag.

I am forever grateful for this opportunity and want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire @mentorbkb team, as well as @gavinkaysen , @chefthomaskeller , and @danielboulud , for believing in me.

A sincere thank you to all the advisors who have supported us along the way and to my incredible teammates for their dedication and hard work.

Most of all, I couldn’t be prouder of @chefstefani and @bradley.waddle , who poured their hearts into this competition and truly shined in front of the entire culinary world.
