A little midweek indulgence at West Park, Harrogate 🍽️🥂✨ @westparkhotel Last week, Janie and I were kindly invited to the beautiful West Park Harrogate to discover their brand-new lunch menu. If you know me, you’ll know just how much I love spending time in Harrogate, and even better when it’s spent with Janie! The new menu is bursting with flavour, with every dish beautifully presented and just as delicious as it looks. We indulged in three gorgeous courses, enjoyed fabulous food and, of course, plenty of lovely conversation. The perfect midweek treat in one of my favourite Yorkshire towns. Whether it’s a leisurely lunch with the girls, a business catch-up or simply an excuse to treat yourself, West Park is definitely one to add to your list. ✨ 📍 West Park, Harrogate 🍽️ Lunch served Monday–Saturday | 12pm–7pm Thank you to the lovely team at West Park for having us. A truly gorgeous afternoon! PR Invite #westparkharrogate #harrogate #northyorkshire #midweektreat friendship

✨ SCAMP & DUDE HAS OFFICIALLY LANDED IN HARROGATE! ✨💗 And what an incredible addition to Harrogate it really is! 🛍️ Janie and I headed along to the opening afternoon, and we had the loveliest time exploring this gorgeous new store. From the beautiful shop layout to the stunning collections and all the little details, everything has been so thoughtfully put together. 💕 But what really makes Scamp & Dude so special is the story behind the brand. Honestly, it’s difficult to put into words just how inspiring it is. A business built from such a personal journey, with so much heart, purpose and passion behind everything it does. It’s about so much more than fashion, and that’s what makes it truly special. ❤️ Harrogate, you are SO lucky to have this fabulous brand on your doorstep! A huge congratulations to the Scamp & Dude team on your beautiful new store. Wishing you every success! 🥂✨ #scampanddude #harrogate

A little bench chat with the wonderful Janie Waring 🤍✨ @janiewaring Sometimes the biggest transformations aren’t the ones you can see on the outside… they’re the ones happening within. Working with Janie has been such a positive part of my personal journey. Taking the time to really understand myself, work on my mindset, recognise my worth, set boundaries and make space for personal growth has had such a positive impact on so many areas of my life. The inner work isn’t always easy, but it’s incredibly powerful. ✨ It’s about becoming more self-aware, finding confidence, letting go of what no longer serves you and learning to prioritise yourself without feeling guilty. In this little chat, we talk about the work we’ve been doing together, the changes I’ve experienced and why investing in yourself is one of the best things you can do. Because when you start making changes on the inside, you begin to see the benefits on the outside too. 🤍 Have you ever taken the time to really work on yourself? I’d love to hear your thoughts. Want to hear more? This is just a little snippet of our conversation. To listen to the full chat with Janie Waring, where we dive deeper into the inner work we’ve been doing together and the positive impact it’s had on my life, click the link below. 🤍✨ 🔗 Listen to the full conversation here: https://youtu.be/wmypGNxZiuk?is=9zN5i-AaDbIBdGOc #mindsetcoaching #innerwork #mindset #selfdevelopment #selfwork

If the thought of taking four whole nights away from your work/ kids/ dogs/ partner/home routine and responsibilities makes you think, “I just couldn’t do that…” then honestly, this getaway is 100% for you. 🤍 Because you have the other 361 days of the year to take care of everyone and everything else. These four nights are about letting someone else take care of you. And, believe me, I know you need this. A chance to step away from the noise, the to-do lists and the constant demands of everyday life…which let’s face it, is exhausting! ✨ Four nights of being completely looked after ✨ Plenty of time to rest, read and do absolutely nothing ✨ Gentle yoga to move and nourish your body ✨ Breathwork to calm and rebalance your nervous system ✨ Self-love workshops and energy clearing to reconnect with who you are ✨ Space to explore your future self and what you really want ✨ Beach walks and time in nature ✨ Beautiful massage treatments ✨ Delicious, nourishing vegetarian food ✨ And all of this in the grounds of one of the most stunning and spacious villas in the Algarve. You don’t need to earn this rest. You don’t need to ask permission for it or justify it with anyone. You don’t need to wait until everything else is done and organised. And you don’t need a reason to take some time for yourself. We really, really hope you’ll come. ✨ Carrie & Janie x

9 days to go until I travel up to Scotland with a team of 19 of us to climb Ben Nevis in aid of @phoenixhealthandwellbeing. I swore I’d never do it again but here we are! There’s been some training, lots of panicking and a lot of focus placed on the food we’re going to eat when we’ve done it 😝 We’re all getting on a bit (any young people in the photos were training support team) and are not the mountain goats we once were so please give us a boost with a message or even better a message and a few quid if you can 🙏The Give Wheel link for the fundraising is in my bio. Thank you so much! 🙏 ♥️

Life throws so much at us. Testing times in our careers, raising young children, navigating teenagers, relationships, divorce, change… Sometimes it can all start to creep in without us even realising how much we’re carrying. I see often the pressures of life and the struggles we are faced with. It has a huge impact on our daily lives personally I have experienced this myself on many occasions. The importance to do the work before we reach breaking point is crucial. It’s recognising when something doesn’t feel right and giving ourselves the space to understand what’s underneath it, clear the beliefs that may be holding us back and move forward differently. What I love about working with Janie is how accessible it is. Whether you need a VIP morning, want to dedicate a full day to yourself and the work, or prefer the support and deeper process of her 6-week sessions, there’s an option depending on where you are and what you need. You don’t have to have everything figured out. You just have to be willing to start. Sometimes the biggest changes begin with simply choosing to do the work. #energywork #mindsetshift #personalgrowth #feelingstuck #innerwork

Working with Janie @janiewaring has been a chance to clear outdated beliefs that are no longer supporting the life I want for myself and my family. She’s helped me understand that our belief system starts forming very early in life. And we spend the rest of it hunting for proof that those beliefs are true. The problem with hunting: You’ll always find it, because you’re looking through the lens of the belief itself. So you’ll see it whether it’s actually there or not. You expect it & perceive it, and your brain obliges. It’s wild! Even when there’s an entire sea of possibility around you, you’ll home in on the one negative thing in it. Every time. This is why the evidence never just stops showing up until you do the work of rewiring the mind. If you want to find out more, do reach out to Janie or myself and she has a group programme starting in September that I can’t recommend enough. Janie is also available to work with online. #wellness #innerwork #healing #energyvreality #howtochangeyourlife
