POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Few years ago for my anniversary, I decided mark the milestone with art by
@janreckers She pulled cards then created this artwork. Besides it being a cool piece on my wall, she also predicted our family and love growing that year.
I'm glad she is now taking public commissions so you can get the experience too

Community Circle Medicine from Condor, Fire, Horse and Fireweed:

You are always being guided.
There are many dimensions to the flames.
Rage and Love require one another.
Our hearts are allowed to overheat, to rebalance, to change and to soften all at once over and over again.
Hope grows here.

Our three leaders and teachers from our community quantum fieldwork circle tonight…Bison, Sugar Maple & Lightning. The thing that always shocks (tehehe) me within these circles is how I truly cannot ever truly predict what will emerge. Each circle different teachers and allies emerge, generously offering their unique medicines and perspectives and culture. And they’ve basically just said they will not be giving me much information at all beforehand unless it’s something I need to specifically prepare my own body and field for ahead of time. It’s the ultimate act of trust. Me trusting them, them trusting me (swoon), and me trusting myself. These circles have become a growing act of resistance to cruelty and inhumane injustice, and equally a poem of self devotion.

I had a life changing session with my girl @iamleannerose yesterday, and the magic continues to unfurl and reconnect more honestly. What a humbling reminder that we aren’t building out of pure genius or visionary grit. We are re-configuring alongside our past and future ancestors, ourself, and the Earth—our collective ancestor. We can’t step into any new world together without fully witnessing and acknowledging the ones we are emerging out of.

Psssssssssssss the Bison say fuck 🧊

BELTANE BLESSINGS! On this incredible day where we celebrate a midway, a threshold, and hopes blooming for the summer on fertile soil, we have something incredibly exciting to share…

@janreckers and I have something heart centered and sacred being created and re-membered. We are co-creating an Oracle deck honoring and transmitting the medicine of the Wetlands to you and anyone it comes across. This is a weaving of ecological and spiritual insight, bridging the scientific, the quantum, the energetic and the ancient and reverent wisdom of plants and animals.

🧚🏼AND WE NEED YOUR HELP!🪷

We are creating the art, channeling the messages, writing the book, and independently printing and shipping these out upon release, but we do not have a name! That’s where you come in!

Please comment a name idea for this Wetlands Oracle deck, and we will announce the name closer to its release. Additionally, please comment “interested” if you want to know when it is available for pre sale!

Thank you thank you, and we are beyond thrilled to bring the Wetlands Magic and medicine to every open heart.

What a GROUP. 💚🌲🐻🌀🌻 We are changing the very threads of existence. Reality, healing, levity, pleasure, transformation, self-acceptance, trust and relationships. It’s all changing and we get to be a part of it with ourselves and with/for one another. Tonight was pure magic!

I hope I didn’t leave anyone out of the tag train—I wanted yall to be able to connect with one another 🙌🏽

From Our Farm ➡️ To Your Table

💬 Spill it ... are you an okra fan? This is one veggie that folks seem to have strong feelings about, in one direction or another.

😐 If you’ve tried it before and weren’t a fan of the texture, we strongly suggest you give it another go — roasted — here’s how:

Roasted Okra 🔥

Crispy, golden, salty (or not) morsels are sure to delight okra lovers and may even help sway those who are leery of this understated summer veg.

🔥 Preheat oven to 425°. Slice up about two cups of okra into half inch rounds and place on rimmed baking sheet. #PickyEater Tip: include a familiar and liked veggie to make the okra less intimidating (we like sweet potato, cauliflower or carrots).

🔥 Drizzle 1 tablespoon avocado oil over the chopped okra and toss to coat. Spread out in an even layer so that the pieces aren’t touching.

🔥 Sprinkle with your favorite artisanal salt blend (Hot Hatch Chile Garlic Salt and Smoked Scape Salt are a couple farmhouse favs).

🔥 Roast until golden and crispy, about 20-25 minutes, stirring okra halfway through cook time.
