I lost, but it was an awesome experience competing at Pans for the first time. I really enjoyed my match and I’m already looking forward to getting back out there again.

Thankful to experience this sport with my kids—we’re growing and supporting each other every step of the way.

Appreciate all the support today—y’all are the best!

This week I had the pleasure of attending and photographing a @bernardofariabjj seminar at my academy @lsbjjacademy.

Bernardo broke down his popular over/under passing technique. This is a passing style that I’ve wanted to learn for a while now and I’m grateful I was able to learn it from him.

Thank you Prof @leonardosaggioro for hosting him.

One year ago today, my family and I stepped into @lsbjjacademy for the first time. After our past jiu-jitsu experience, we prayed that God would guide us to a safe, professional environment where we could continue our training as a family.

Though we hadn’t heard of @leonardosaggioro before, from the moment we walked through those doors, we were welcomed with open arms. He immediately began to pour into us and a friendship began.

Over time, we’ve built a new family here, alongside people who also understand the challenges of overcoming past experiences in jiu-jitsu.

For me, the most rewarding part of this past year has been my personal growth—not just in jiu-jitsu, but in life. Under Leo’s leadership, I’ve pushed beyond limits I never thought possible. I’ve changed my diet and my fitness and have lost 30lbs.

I also remember telling him, “I’ll never compete,” but that was fear talking. He kept encouraging me, and now I’ve competed six times in the past year—something I once thought I’d never do.

I can’t thank God, Leo, Ana, and the team enough for bringing this academy to Brevard and welcoming us with such love and support.

If you’re looking for something similar. Join us.
We’re just getting started. 🚀🚀🚀

Two tough matches at the @jjworldleague American Open. Blessed to finished on top and injury free. My opponent was great and pushed me farther than I have been before. Thankful to have the support of my wife, coach, and team. Ya’ll help me improve my game everyday and I’m so thankful for you all. Congrats to everyone on the team who competed today win or loss, proud of you. #JungleTime 🫡💪👊🦍

Drop a new video for @oldpueblogrill last week and just wanted to say THANK YOU!!! Thank you for all the love and support for that video. I'm so thankful I get to do what I love, and as long as I'm here on IG I want to add as much value as possible. So what questions do you have about video or marketing for your business. I'm here to help. I don't have all the answer, but maybe get you pointed in the right direction. Thanks again everyone! Y'all are the truth!
