All Alpha Weak Hand Only

Felt pretty good about this stage, but unfortunately the one makeup on the steel cost me .72 seconds and dropped me 5% on the stage.

These are the kind of WHO stages I like.

If I said I waited till the last second to hit the plate to make it more interesting would you believe me?

Yeah I wouldn’t either.

The guys at @ravenwinglimited were kind enough to have me out at a training day and wow did it push me. Performance under Pressure is aptly named as each problem is designed to put you on the edge of comfortability and make you do the hard thing. This was the last stage of the day and I still left feeling like I wanted to run it sox different ways to put in all that I had learned.

We are beyond excited to welcome the South West Pistol League as a partner for the Sabot Foundation Veterans Day Charity Match!

Formed in 1963, SWPL has a long and rich history providing support to the shooting sports here in SoCal. Each of us at RW has been competing at SWPL for years, treating it as our home club. Aaron Lepley, SWPL Match Director, is a dear friend who has supported us and our classes for some time. Every month, SWPL puts on the best USPSA match in SoCal in our opinion. When we decided to turn this year’s event into a match, we had no other choice in our minds.

Match Registration opens tonight 10/12 at 9PM PST

IPSC Nationals!

This was a weak hand only stage... historically, my weak hand only stages are rough.

I was worried of this, especially with the bobber plate, and stage planned to leave it after a certain amount of time.

This stage also called for 12 minimum shots to score, and you only get 15+1 in the chamber. I was fully expecting to have to reload, which would cost a ton more time.

All in all, it was successful for me.

It was great to run with the @howitzerclothing squad at IPSC. They were friendly, supportive, and helped reset consistently. It was a great time with a great group... would be happy to run with them again.
