I had such a great time presenting at the 7th Annual Marine Turtle Symposium! 🐢🩵

With so many incredible talks from such passionate people, it was a little bittersweet, as I’m moving on to studying somewhere turtles can’t quite go 🇦🇶. But I am certain the turtles are in safe hands.

It was so great to see research, government and industry together in one room, looking at the bigger picture of what’s really going on. It really reinforced how much good work is being done.

This was my first conference, and the organising team ran it brilliantly. Well done, all!

Moments from yesterday, beautifully captured by the gorgeous @francescaferretti__ 🌼

Feeling SO much love after yesterday morning’s opening 🥹🤎 Thank you to every single person who came along, supported me, had a look around the Lil Naturopath space, and helped make the morning so special ⭐️

And a huge thank you to all of the beautiful businesses who supported me and helped bring the two incredible giveaways to life; @olaskinandbeauty_ @paintedby.ek @higgscreations @sodii.world @ohgigi.co @mummaghomemade @soul.squeeze_ @sovereignstems 🤎

I’m so incredibly grateful for your generosity and for believing in what I’m creating 🤎

But an extra special thank you to my mumma @soul.squeeze_ and my beautiful Soul Squeeze community 🥹🤎

I’m forever grateful for every single one of you who not only show up for Soul Squeeze, but have now welcomed Lil Naturopath into this little community too. I truly couldn’t do any of this without you🥹

And my mumma, yesterday wouldn’t have been possible without you. You created Soul Squeeze from the ground up, and watching your strength, courage and determination continues to inspire me more and more every day. Thank you for teaching me to believe in myself, follow my dreams, and for telling me to just do the damn thing!🤎

I couldn’t have done any of this without you ⭐️

So, thank you to everyone who came, supported, shared, encouraged, gifted, or simply sent me a message. I’m so bloody grateful 🥹🤎

And now… lil naturopath is officially open 🥹

Appointments are now available. If you’ve been thinking about booking in, DM me and let’s chat 🤎

🇳🇵NEPAL RELIEF FUNDRAISING FESTIVAL🇳🇵

Our Soul Squeeze community is coming together for a fundraising festival to support the people of Nepal.

As some of you may know, we’re heading to Nepal this November to with @bradwhitfield to host ASCṈD, so Nepal already holds such a special place in our hearts. 🤎

Hearing about the recent devastating natural disaster and the grief and destruction it has caused has been heartbreaking. Whilst the Nepal disaster may feel far removed from us, one thing that yoga has taught us is that we are all connected, heart to heart, let’s make a difference🤎

With our trip just around the corner, we wanted to use our little Soul Squeeze community to give back to this beautiful country and support those who have been impacted.

So, we’re hosting a Nepal Relief Fundraiser to come together, raise funds and show our love and support for Nepal. 🇳🇵🤎

Every ticket, every donation and every share can help provide much needed support to those facing the aftermath of this disaster.

Come along, bring your friends, your family and your big-hearted selves, and let’s show what our little Soul Squeeze community can do when we come together. 🤎

Also we have an incredible lineup of musicians to entertain for the evening!

🎟️ Tickets are available via the link in our bio / Eventbrite.

If you can’t make it but would still like to contribute, donations are so incredibly welcome.

We’d love to see you there.

With love,
Soul Squeeze xx
