why do i always emphasise alignment?

we all start somewhere - no one gets it perfect from day one. over time, focusing on good alignment doesn’t just help build strength and improve mobility/flexibility, it also protects you from injuries.

practicing asanas can be incredibly beneficial, but doing them without awareness can lead to strain or injury.

my advice? listen to the cues and be curious. don’t just copy your teacher - try to understand what muscles you should be engaging and which should stay relaxed. you can always ask!

and remember: feeling a stretch or your muscles working is okay. pain is not. if something hurts, come out of the asana and be kind to your body 🪐

Chaat, namkeen and mithai… but make it healthy 👀
This place in Bandra makes all your favourite Indian snacks using olive oil and absolutely no refined sugar — and it still tastes so good.
Tried their chaat, vegan mithai, namkeen and even got to design my own laddu 🤍

When two yogis meet, the practice becomes more than individual effort—it turns into a shared rhythm. 🌿🧘‍♀️

There’s something powerful about practicing together. The energy shifts, the focus deepens, and there’s a quiet understanding without words. ✨🤍

Each breath and posture feels more present, more connected. It’s not about perfection, but about being fully there—in sync, in stillness, in flow. This is also yoga. 💫🌱
