Two weeks from now, I get to be back in the same room as some of these incredible women. There’ll be familiar faces, but there’ll also be women who have only just started their journey and are already choosing to step outside their comfort zone by showing up. I have so much respect for that because I know exactly what it feels like to walk into a room where you don’t know anyone. The week after, the guys have their men’s only event. Then in September, we all get to come back together again, and honestly… I can’t bloody wait! Looking back, this reminds me just how much one weekend can change. The event back in May gave me a fresh perspective, more belief in myself, and an even greater appreciation for the people I’ve met along this journey. Not just because of what we’re building, but because of who we’re all becoming along the way. There’s something special about being surrounded by people who genuinely want to see each other grow. They celebrate your wins, challenge you when you need it, and remind you that you’re capable of more than you give yourself credit for. Grateful for every conversation, every lesson, every laugh, and every person I’ve met so far. Bring it on 🖤

I didn’t know how much I needed this until I was in it 🤗 A room full of men & women all building something better for themselves. All choosing more. All done settling for a life that doesn’t feel like theirs. I walked in a little nervous. I walked out completely different. This weekend cracked me wide open ..in the best possible way. The conversations. The vulnerability. The women who looked me in the eyes and just got it without me having to explain myself. This isn’t just an online community. These are real man & women with real stories. Real people backing themselves and each other in ways I didn’t even know I was craving. I pushed myself out of my comfort zone more times than I can count this weekend. Did things I wouldn’t have dreamed of two months ago. Had conversations that shifted something deep in me. And I left with more clarity, more fire and more belief in what I’m building than I’ve ever had. 🔥 For my kids. For my future. For the version of me that’s been waiting patiently for me to finally show up. I cannot wait for the next one. 🤍 If you’ve been sitting on the fence wondering if this is for you ..it is. Reach out. Come and experience it for yourself. Because some things you just have to feel to believe. 🌻✨

Our retreats aren’t just a whole lot of fun & sun! But it is more then that. It’s about connection to yourself & others. Finding your true self, cracking out of that shell and being the real you! We are here to support you and guide you through an experience you haven’t had before. “The workshop we did at Gypsea Retreat is nothing like I have done before, & I have been to multiple retreats” “I have found the person I have always wanted to unleash” “I will cherish these moments forever” This could be you! ✨
