The Wellness Link Up 💙
11 years ago, I moved from Louisville to Atlanta. To still have the love and support from others means so much to me. I started hosting wellness events last year to emphasize community, mental health, and wellness. I’m so blessed to bring that back home. Louisville will always have a special place in my heart.

Thank you @vashtijenea , @donnivien, @whereismeechie , and all the vendors, couldn’t have done it without you all !

After recently completing the RPTT program, she’s choosing to go deeper!

The next level isn’t about learning more exercises. It’s about refining your eye, your understanding, and how you apply the work to real clients.
