Happy 38th Birthday, My Love. Lemon Mascarpone Layer Cake, Rhubarb Pie, Marion Berry Scones- both with my sourdough starter, and ofc, actual fresh sourdough. ....Because sometimes I say I love you with carbs and fat. Thank you for having your hand at my back when I need you the most. ❤️

💔 June 14, 2026 — the day my heart shattered.

My son, Kainoa Keali’i Dickson, took his life. He finally broke under the weight of an impossible, cruel choice: stay estranged from his Mother, or reach out to her and be disowned by his father. That threat, that fear of losing his dad if he reached out to me — finally became too much.

Losing him is a pain from which I will never heal. But what his father and stepmother did afterward is pure evil.

They refused to let me — his Mom — into his memorial service. They barred me from saying goodbye. They removed my name from his obituary, trying to erase me from his life like I never existed. And now their lie is that I “just didn’t show up.”

What manner of monsters look at a mother’s grief and weaponize it? Shut her out of her own son’s farewell? Rewrite history to paint her as a villain?
I showed up- and they stole my chance to stand beside my child and grieve him and to say goodbye. They chose hate, lies and viciousness over decency.

Kainoa, my son… I am so sorry. Sorry the adults in your life made love conditional. Sorry you were forced to choose. Sorry I couldn’t protect you from their hate. You deserved to be loved without conditions. I will love you fiercely for the rest of my life, and nothing they do will ever change that.

To honor Kainoa the way he deserved, we will have a second memorial, where those who loved him can come together, share memories, and grieve. The date is still being finalized, but I'll share the details as soon as it's set.
If you knew Kainoa, if you loved him, please reach out.

And to every parent who has been alienated, shut out, or erased from their child's life— I see you. The pain is real and the betrayal cuts to the bone.
Rest now, Kainoa. No more choices. No more hate. You are free.

I love you more than words can ever say. Forever your mom. 🕊️

Some more photos from Open Class at The Cascadian. So very grateful for this experience! After a few days and deep discussions with my coaches, and while I know they would bring me in absolutely 👌🏼 condition for nationals, I don't think *I* will be happy with my package just yet and want to tweak a just few more things. I literally could not be happier with the support and coaching from Team PR Powerfit, @paulaifbbpro & @coach_villerekola (Yes...that's high praise from me 😉). There aren't enough words or space to hold all my love and gratitude of these two and what they've done for me in such a short time with their knowledge and expertise. ❤️ But for now..... we go back to the drawing boards for a few more months to see what we can build- I know it's going to be something special. 🥰 #somuchlove #npcfigure #growinginallthewaysthatmatter #neversatisfied

This weekend at the Cascadian Classic was one for the books. I’m incredibly proud to have taken first place in both my Open and Masters Figure classes at a show I've had my sights on for a minute.
I had the honor of going head-to-head for the Figure Overall against the phenomenal Becca (@tinkerbelllifts). What a talented and beautiful athlete. The decision came down to a split judges’ call, and while I received wonderful feedback from the judges, I’m most proud of how we both showed up with strength and grace. Becca, you are a force. Your physique is outstanding and your heart is even bigger. I’m so grateful we got to share that stage together.
It was so amazing being back in my hometown and I have never felt so loved and supported with the warmest, "welcome home" ever.
🥰 Specific Thank You's- (cont in comments)
💎First and foremost- my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, for the ability to do this when motorcycles should have paralyzed me that day.
💎My adoring husband, @jason.romero708 , thank you for being by my side every step of the way in this, for sharing in dreams and goals, being the doting "show husband" and for putting up with my depleted, regimented, disciplined crazy. I love you so much, baby.
💎Thank you to the best coaches I literally could not have dreamt up. @paulaifbbpro & @coach_villerekola the wealth of knowledge you bring to the table is out of this world. Thank you for showing up for me no matter what time zone you're in, if you're competing yourself at the ⭕️, for talking me through my overthinking, for believing in me, for prioritizing my health, for all of it. I meant it when I said I couldn't think of a way for you guys to be better when you asked me that (!!). I cannot wait to see what we build and accomplish together- I know it's going to be something special. On to the next chapter. Grateful, grounded, and very excited for what’s ahead. I'll see some of you at Universe in 6 weeks- Let's go qualify for those Pro shows together! 💪🏼❤️

Done doing laundry tonight. 🤪

Me: (has two babies)
My mom: You'll never have abs again.
Me: (lat spreads)
My mom: You've always had those lats.
Me: (builds glutes from literally less than zero)
My mom: Look at ____'s butt! Isn't it amazing?!

Short guys: You're too tall.
Me: (laughs... I've had a few responses here)
6'4 Husband: Baby, wear those spike stilettos I love.

The world: You're too much.
Me: I'm not enough. This isn't enough. #failedperfectionistalways

Don't try to please the world. Find your tribe-your badass coaches that believe in you, your soulmate that thinks you walk on the moon, chosen family if yours sucks, your best friend and friends that truly get you...Find 👏🏼 Your 👏🏼 People. Put your standards in The Divine (for me, that's in God, and His standards) and wave fingers to the rest of the noise, even if it comes from within occasionally. You won't regret it. 😘

Prep Coaches: @paulaifbbpro @villerekola
Suit: @radiant_physiquewear
Heels: @theshoefairy_
8 days until carbs ⏱️😍

Photo dump. Tired, but feeling way better than I really should, 2 1/2 weeks out.

Just so grateful for my husband- to be so aligned with a such a badass teammate and to share the same goals, dreams, plans, spirituality, life & financial outlooks... all important things that can make or break so many other things. I love you, baby. @jason.romero708

I couldn't ask for better coaches that believe in me and treat me like pure gold. Stomach (and glycogen 🤣) might be empty rn, but heart is damn full. 💎 @paulaifbbpro @villerekola

Can't wait to share the stage with some of my fav baddies, and looking forward to seeing all you beauties soon! ❤️

Counting the days we still have to sharpen, to fill back up, to put it all together.

So thankful to be alive, to be able to reach goals, and for the people in my corner that support me. ❤️ #npcfigure #cascadianclassic #universe #3andahalfweeksout

That flat stage where you feel tiny, only feel good with a pump, and start counting each new vein like you do macros. 😆

I couldn't be more grateful for the loving support of my husband in this pursuit, or THE most amazing coaches I could have ever dreamt up. These 3 humans make life amazing and difficult things easier. ❤️

Now, off to the gym while I dream about carbs. 🫠 #cascadianclassic2026 #nextupuniverse #npcfigureprep #yesplease #roadtopro
