Two claps and a Ric Flair… 👏👏 WOOOOO!

Mom Camp showed UP Saturday morning. 💜💛

Mamas, aunties, sisters, grandmas and even a few rent-a-moms hit the field with these fellas. And listen… some of us had to remind them where they got those skills from. 😂

We warmed up, worked position drills with their coaches, played a little 7v7 and finished with MOMS TACKLING THEIR PLAYERS. 🏈😂

There was so much tackling footage I had to speed this video WAY up. So yes, apparently we're also incredibly fast. 💨

One of our players gave the moms a pretty great compliment afterward. He said he was impressed by how many stepped outside their comfort zone, got out there and gave it everything they had. 💜

Mom Camp was a GOOD one. 🏴‍☠️💜💛

Dude Camp was a good one. 💜🏴‍☠️💛

And man… Coach WORKED these fellas. 😂

But between the sweat and competition, I saw a whole lot more.

I saw grit. I saw young men stepping up and showing leadership. And I saw men showing up for our players.

Dads, grandpas, brothers, coaches, volunteers and plenty of stand-ins who simply said, “I’ll be there.”

That matters.

Thank you to every man who gave their time to encourage, push and pour into our boys.

THAT is Pirate Heart. 🏴‍☠️💜💛

We were all watching the radar... 👀🌧️

Not because we were worried about getting wet.

Because the BHS coaches had one last surprise planned for our future Pirates. The official tunnel was up. Shirts were ready. The high school players were lined up and ready to hype these kids up. And Tim C was there to capture it all.

Thankfully, the Football Gods came through, the clouds broke, and the show went on. 🏴‍☠️💜💛

Be on the lookout for Mr. Tim C's photos coming soon!

Until next year, future Pirates. 💪🏈

Tim Asked Lyric To Make This For Tino. This Picture Of Him Is From His JV Debut.
She pulled the image we sent her and she put it on the BHS Football Schedule for this past year.

As the year comes to a close, we want to pause for a moment.

Not to brag.
Not to flex numbers.
Not to show highlight reels that pretend everything was perfect.

This year had wins, stress, pressure, mistakes, growth, long nights, hard conversations, and real life happening behind the scenes.

What matters to us most isn’t volume, awards, or being the loudest agents in the room.

It’s being present.
It’s being intentional.
It’s choosing our family and marriage first every single time.
And that’s not a buzz phrase. It’s real life for us.

Who we work with is never by accident. We don’t chase transactions.
We don’t work with everyone.
We value mutual respect, trust, and communication. That is non negotiable for us going forward.

This year reminded us that real estate is high pressure, emotional, and demanding. You’re expected to get everything right all the time.
And when you don’t people talk.
That weight is real.

So to the clients who saw us, trusted us, supported us, accepted our humanity, and cheered us on thank you. Truly. You’re the reason we do this.
We’re also proud to stay involved in our community. Giving back, showing up, and investing locally matters to us just as much as the work we do for our clients.

We’re not chasing success, money, or blessings.
We’re building a life we’re proud of one decision at a time.
Here’s to growth, alignment, boundaries, and better energy in the year ahead.
Thank you for being part of our story. 🥂

TNT Familia always.

As this football season comes to an end, our hearts are full🫶🏼. We’re beyond thankful for the incredible friends, family, and Pirate community who have loved & supported our son, Tytan.

While his high school career may have come to a close, his college journey is just beginning — and we couldn’t be more proud of the young man he’s become and we are excited to see where this road takes him🙏

This year didn’t go as planned, with his time on the field limited by injury, but his faith never wavered. He continued to lead with grace, strength, and humility — encouraging his teammates, honoring God, and showing what true character looks like both on and off the field.

A special thank you to his coaches who continued to believe in him, lift him up, and remind him that leadership isn’t just about playing time — it’s about heart, attitude, and faith. Your encouragement meant the world.

We’re so grateful for every prayer, cheer, and message of support. The best is yet to come, and we know God’s plan is greater than anything we could imagine. 💜💛 Matthew 19:26 With God, All Things Are Possible 🙌🏼

A night full of memories and new beginnings! I hadn’t been back to my high school for a football game since I graduated. Tonight we were able to celebrate their Amazing new Head Football Coach, my cousin, Jason Feeback! He coached them to a big win over Excelsior Springs 41-22! So proud and excited for you, @jasonfeeback
