Midsummer Night’s Dream with Nashville Shakespeare Festival ✨🫏💍💕🧚🏻🌺
This show with these people was pure magic, and I miss it every day. I got to work with lifelong friends, old and new (Chelsea has now joined the recently engaged lovers’ circle!! What are the odds? ❤️) and watch my beloved + all the SuCo absolutely tear it up every night. I miss Clocktower during rehearsal breaks and sweaty hugs and quick changes and the beautiful costume, lighting, and set design! I’m grateful to every member of the cast and crew for their positivity, professionalism, and support, and to NSF for trusting me with Helena 💕

It was an honor to be able to participate in @nashrep ‘s record-breaking Broadway Brunch in August! It was such an amazing day and the event even took home second place in last night’s Best of Nashville and won Best Theatre Company overall for the 7th year in a row!🎉

Not only did I get to see so many incredible donors step forward to support the Arts (I even got to raise my paddle for the first time ever!), but I got to officially meet my Frozen sisters and sing with them and our amazing Elsa - @therachelpotter ! Now just one more month until we get to begin rehearsals for the best winter EVER! ❄️⛄️🩵

I struggle to find the right words for this post, as none seem to fully sum up the emotions, experiences, and achievements that I have been so grateful for over the past 3 months. This cast and crew became my home away from home while we made such a beautiful show come to life. To each and every one of you- Thank you!
It has, hands down, been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life to play Quince. To not only turn a Peter into a Petra without changing the fundamentals of her character, but to play it alongside these five gentlemen was a gift and a pleasure. And to be able to play a lively, curious and mischievous fairy like Moth as well was such great fun!
To get ready every weekend alongside such amazing women that I’ve come to admire and love like sisters was a great privilege and joy.
The opportunity to work with such a positive, professional and collaborative director and production crew was an absolute honor.
To my SuCo family- CRACK! I will forever be grateful to have earned your friendship, love and support. I love you my SuCoSiblings!
Thank you to everyone who came out to support our production even through the crazy heat wave!
I’m saddened to see this show come to an end, but it, along with this tremendous company, will always have a special place in my heart. 💜
What a wonderful dream it has been! 🌙🪻🧚🏻‍♀️
***to those I didn’t tag bc instagram is holding me back, please know I see you, appreciate you, and love you.***

And just like that, our summer at Centennial Park has wrapped up. 🖤 Shakespeare in the Park is so special and magical. It’s hard to describe unless you have been bitten by the outdoor theatre bug, but seeing everyone enjoying theatre in community night after night makes the countless hours, many meetings, sweat, weather app refreshing, and everything else all worth it and then some.

To all of the folks who made this summer possible, thank you. To @krispycrisp3 who put our Shakespeare baby to bed every weekend evening for 5 weekends, thank you. To everyone who came, thank you!

It will be hard to let A Midsummer Night’s Dream go. But for now, I look forward to spending some more time in air conditioning. 😎

What a weekend! Thank you to everyone who came out to Shakespeare in the Park’s much-anticipated return to Centennial Park!

Saturday’s Homecoming Celebration was buzzing with an enthusiastic audience and special guests to commemorate the return home and looking ahead to an exciting future in Centennial Park with The Playhouse, coming in 2027. We’re just getting started!
