I’ve spent the past few days trying to find the right words for last week but some trips are simply harder to put into words than others.

This trip felt meaningful in so many ways. Perhaps most of all because I got to see a place that has become so important to someone I love, and for a little while, become part of that world myself. I feel incredibly privileged to have had the chance to come along for a few days and take part in the work.

It was a privilege to see up close the passion, precision and dedication that go into everything here. And perhaps even more so, to experience the community that has grown around @chateaucarsin. People coming together to share the work, the time, the food, the wine, and simply the moment.

A very special thank you to Nea and Fabien for opening the doors to this place and welcoming me. Thank you Jasu for sharing a place that means so much to you with me. And thank you to the entire crew for
welcoming me with open arms, even though I arrived halfway through.

À bientôt, et merci pour tout.
