One of my favorite things about social media is seeing other dads show up.

The dad posting his morning workout. The dad talking about his mental health. The dad being intentional about what he eats and how he sleeps, not just for himself but for his family.

I will always stop for that content. America doesn’t just need dads physically present in the home. We need dads mentally and emotionally present. Intentional. Aware.

Taking care of your health is one of the most powerful ways to do that. When your body feels good, your energy, focus and patience are there for your family.

To the dad doing the work, I see you. I’m in your corner.

To the dad who feels like he’s doing this alone, you are not. Find your people. Find the men who share your values and will push you when you want to quit.

The challenges of life come for all of us. You need brothers around you when they do.

Keep moving forward. Your kids are watching. 🙏🏼

10 years ago today, I moved to Costa Rica.

If you’d asked me then what my life would look like today, I never would’ve come close.

So I’m not going to pretend I know what the next 10 years hold.

I just have a feeling they’re gonna be fuckin’ awesome.

To everyone who’s been in my corner along the way—thank you. The caliber of humans I get to call friends, family, and cheerleaders is something I never take for granted. I wouldn’t be here without y’all.
