🚨 Improve your muscle ups 🚨 It was a challenge squeezing all this in 30 seconds so read below for more details👇🏽 1️⃣ Pull yourself horizontally towards the bar instead of pulling vertical like a pull up - most people think muscle ups and pull ups are the same but they require different techniques. Tuck your elbows in and pull yourself up and back so that the bar is in front of you. 2️⃣ Wrist Positioning is key 🔑- position your wrist as high as possible so the bar is wresting on your palm instead of hanging by the tip of your fingers. Knuckles forward and wrist facing up. 3️⃣ Knee Tuck - think about bringing your knees to your chest as you pull yourself up. Your lower body is heavy so use your core to help lift some of your weight as you pull yourself over the bar. I hope this helps some of you to achieve your first muscle up 👊🏽 🔥 Follow for more tips 🔥 #fitness #muscleuptutorial #bodyweighttraining #calisthenics #fitnessvideos
