We’ve not quite got the headspace to have a clear plan yet but we’re so touched by the outpouring of support for Fin and us that we want to create a legacy for him that helps other young cyclists share the joy and chase the same dreams he had on the bike.

Any donations will 100% go to supporting kids and youth cycling

A huge thank you to @jaybarl from @protegesportsmgt for getting this off the ground so quickly and the ongoing support.

Well that was some adventure, nearly 4 weeks following @joshytarling around Spain and France in the biggest race of them all, the Tour de France.

Unbelievably proud of him, from a broken collarbone 3 weeks before the start, a crash on stage 3 breaking a rib to crossing the Pyrenees, the Alps and hundreds of other climbs in between all the way to becoming a TdF finisher in Paris. We’ve come a long way since those early @towyrider and @west_wales_cycle_racing sessions!

Dawn and I have had a blast, sharing the trip with old friends and making new ones along the way and sharing in what is so much more than just a bike race.

As always, the support we’ve all had from home and roadside has been incredible and it makes it so much more enjoyable knowing so many people are following and supporting. He even used his Welsh along the way 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

A big thanks as always to @jaybarl for hosting us in Spain and the support throughout the race.

Homeward bound now before a very quick turnaround and the start of the next adventure in the Netherlands!

As another year comes to a close, we look back on some big wins, podium finishes, highlights to overcoming serious injuries “broken vertebrae’s , femurs, and naturally a few collarbones”.

Bring on 2026, we are excited to witness our athletes develop further, challenge themselves, take chances when they come and raise their hands.

Kicking off our season, Ruby will be competing at Nationals, followed closely by Finn, Ally, and Ruby at the TDU.

Here’s to the 2026 season 💪🏽#homeofworldchampions #nextgen #cycling #letsgo #2026

Sarah Gigante lights up the Col de la Madeleine.
Not with a victory, but with raw courage, relentless pace, and the kind of presence that defines who you are as a rider.

It wasn’t about crossing the line first, it was about how she raced. On one of the toughest climbs in Europe, she didn’t hold back. She attacked. She believed. She showed exactly why I brought her into the team.

When I signed Sarah, I wasn’t looking for immediate results. I was building a foundation, not just of athletes, but of people with the mindset and resilience to grow.

Sarah has something rare: a challenge mindset.
The kind of energy that doesn’t shrink under pressure, but rises in anticipation.
When she talks about racing on a mountain like this, she compares it to Christmas Eve, that buzzing, restless excitement when you know something big is coming.

That’s not just talent. That’s an inner fire.

I’m no longer part of the team, but moments like this confirm everything I stood for. I followed my gut. Not the path of control or hierarchy, but one of clarity and conviction.

This is not about medals for me. It’s a reminder that when you invest in people, not outcomes, you’re building something real. Something that lasts.

Women’s cycling is still in its formative years. Applying performance metrics from men’s models is not only unhelpful, it’s short-sighted.
Progress in women’s sport demands patience, trust, and a process-driven approach. Science backs that up. So does experience.

Today, I’m proud. Of @slipstreamsarah . Of what’s possible.
And of staying true to the vision, even when the results were still miles away (that doesn’t count for Sarah as she won Tour Down Under short after I signed her).

What a trip!
My son’s present — organizing a journey from the USA to Europe.
We rode bikes together, both long and short distances.
I visited him in Girona, Spain, where he lives, and stayed there for a couple of days.
Then we traveled from Girona to Belgium and the Netherlands for some of the biggest races in the world — Liège–Bastogne–Liège U23 and the Amstel Gold Race (ProTour).

I even got to experience being part of the team as support staff.

It was truly unforgettable. Thank you, my son!

Last summer a group of @lifeplus.official members travelled to France to support @lifepluswahoo in the @letourfemmes and to raise money for the @lifeplusfoundation and specifically for water solutions for a girls school in Kenya via the @thewaterprojectinc - it was epic! Here is the result of that effort - thank you to everyone involved. #wearelifeplus #colourtheroad #weridelifeplus #watchthefemmes

Was super exited to get invited to my first Paris-Roubaix this weekend. Disappointed with the result but luck wasn’t on my side once again. Still happy to say I’ve finished Roubaix though

Thanks to the team at @britishcycling for making the trip possible and thanks to the continued support from @jaybarl @258protege @dmtcycling @n_fusesports for keeping me sorted with everything I need

Sometimes all you have to do is keep believing...and when that becomes too hard, listen to the people around you who still do. It’s felt like a ridiculously long 3 years since I raced up Willunga in 2021 but I can finally say I’m back!! 💙🧡

I still can’t believe my team and I won the Tour Down Under yesterday. Ally started the weekend in the best way possible, sprinting to an awesome Stage 1 victory, and then my teammates all rode like absolute machines to try to protect me and bring home the queen stage and overall win. I know all too well that I have a lot of room for improvement in how I race, so it was a tireless and difficult job for them, but everyone stayed positive and calm, and it all paid off.

I love this team @aginsurance_soudal_quickstep so much and could not be happier here!! Thanks to everyone for the support, especially thanks to those who were in my corner when the dream of winning a bike race again was not even on my radar. My mum and brother have been my absolute rocks. My manager Jamie was there for more than managing, and somehow his belief never once seemed to falter. Dylan, you are the best coach ever and not just for the coaching!! I can’t mention everyone else, from relatives to riding buddies to sponsors, but I’m just so grateful. I know there can often be more lows than highs in this crazy sport so for now I’m just going to soak this one up! Thanks all 🧡💙

📷 @sprintcycling (1,4,6,8,9,10) and @emelyneasselman (2,3,5,7) - thanks for capturing some wonderful moments 🥰🥺
