What an incredible evening! That’s a wrap on #DreamBigLondon!

From hands-on activities to one-on-one conversations with industry professionals, students had the chance to explore careers that shape the world around us—from skilled trades to STEAM, emergency response and entrepreneurship.

Every student walked away with something valuable- new knowledge, career inspiration and the confidence to dream big. That’s what it’s all about.

A huge thank you to OYAP for partnering with us and to our amazing sponsors for helping to make this event a reality:

⚡ CUSW
⚡ Spark Power
⚡ Ledcor
⚡ Canadian Armed Forces

And to every exhibitor who showed up to open doors for the next generation—your impact is immeasurable.

Happy International Women’s Day!!💖💖

Ft. Just *some* of the badass climbers and rec climbers that inspire me!!!

A little over a year into the industry, I saw my first female arborists!! It was @progreenexpo 2022 when there was a highlight of women in tree work. That experience was so so moving to me. I always hope to pass on the feeling of community that I felt that day!!

The @womenstreeclimbingworkshop always comes to mind this day. This workshop means so much to me, and annually brings badass women together to introduce/reinforce tree climbing principles. I could not recommend the workshop more.

Celebrate the awesome women in your life today!!✨

TCI Expo!!✨✨
Cheers to an incredible weekend packed with learning, connection, and inspiration. Every second of the expo was a blast—meeting new friends, gaining insights from impactful presentations, and reconnecting with arborists I see year-round or just once in a while!
A huge thanks to @sheltertree for fostering a space that promotes curiosity, safety culture, and hands-on exploration in their truss!!💚
I’m grateful to be part of the tree care industry—it’s not perfect, but TCI Expo is a powerful reminder that so many arborists are dedicated to blending scientifically based best practices with a strong sense of safety culture!!

To be surrounded by so much love support and passion for tree care filled my heart. It’s been a minute since I got to spend time with other women in the field and it was everything I hoped it’d be and more. Thank you to @womeninarboricultureontario for making it happen. I had a blast!! Might catch me at the Ontario Climbing Comp in September 👀
