When you actually give a 𝑷𝑯𝑼𝑪𝑲 it feels sooooo good. 🫶🏽

Now that Saturday is here and a weekend of what can be an abundance of wild and free happenings, why don’t you make a promise to yourself to actually give a 𝑷𝑯𝑼𝑪𝑲 about yourself, self care, self love, self worth, self respect!

Let go of things and people who don’t bring calm to your nervous system or love to your heart and soul and start paying attention to how your body reacts to who and what makes your heart and soul be seen, nervous system regulated and mind calm. Those are the very people and very happenings you need in your life and heart.

Now go out and start giving a 𝑷𝑯𝑼𝑪𝑲 about Life, Love, Strength and Light ✨

Be present and love your fucking self.
Polish your fucking zen.
Cleanse your fucking chakras.
Spitshine your fucking soul and leave your fucking fears at home.
Combine sass with some spirit and enlighten the fuck up.
Get fucking bendy, downward fucking dog yourself, and let your fucking aura glow.
Believe in fucking karma and change some fucking mantras.
Get your fucking calm on and radiate fucking peace.
Today is a good day to manifest some fucking abundance.
Fucking namaste.

I love and appreciate you ♡︎

Myofascia rolling and release is like giving your muscles a spa day! Here are 5 fun benefits to consider:
1. Tension Relief: It’s like a massage for your fascia, helping to release tight spots and knots that can cause discomfort. Say goodbye to that stiff feeling!
2. Improved Flexibility: Rolling helps to lengthen and loosen the fascia, which can enhance your overall flexibility. Think of it as stretching but with a little extra love!
3. Enhanced Recovery: After a tough workout, myofascial release can speed up recovery by increasing blood flow to your muscles. It’s like hitting the refresh button for your body!
4. Better Performance: By reducing muscle tightness and improving range of motion, you can perform better in your workouts. Who doesn’t want to crush those fitness goals?
5. Pain Management: Regularly incorporating myofascial rolling can help manage chronic pain and improve your overall well-being. It’s a great way to keep those aches at bay!

So grab your foam roller and roll your way to a happier, healthier body! 🧘🏻‍♀️
Adding resistance band training to your routine can definitely amp up the fun factor! Here are some playful ways to incorporate it:

Mix It Up,Combine myofascial rolling with resistance band exercises. Roll out your muscles, then use the bands for some dynamic stretches or strength moves. This combo can feel like a mini workout spa session!

Creative Moves,Get inventive with your band movements! Try doing lateral band walks while pretending to be a crab or incorporate banded punches while imagining you’re in a boxing match. Keep it light and fun!

Create a Challenge,Set up a mini workout challenge with friends or on social media group chat or create a small group and be lead by your favourite Fitness Coach, You can do exercises like banded squats or rows, and see who can do the most reps or hold a position the longest! Play your favorite upbeat playlist while you train. Use the resistance bands to dance it out between sets—think of it as a workout dance party!

By blending Blackroll Myofascia with resistance band training with some creativity, you’ll keep your workouts engaging and effective!

Never a dull moment here 🤸🏾‍♂️
