Team Evo 🗣️

We’re hosting a Safeguarding Course at the gym, it is compulsory for all coaches and helpers to attend - This is because anyone working with children has a legal duty of care to help keep them safe and know how to respond to any concerns.
This session is also free and open to anyone interested — including fighters, parents, and supporters who want to better understand how we keep our community safe.
Our goal is simple: to build a strong, confident, and supportive safeguarding culture where everyone feels protected, respected, and empowered.
If you’d like to attend, please drop your name to one of the coaches or message @jaye_trains / @championing_children to secure your place.

Everyday is like a movie in my life 🎬. Getting to spend so much time with my Granda before he passed I will cherish forever. As much as I’ve hustled and grinded since I was 14 & been obsessed with winning and training, god has showed me it’s ok to slow down and true happiness is spent with my daughter and niece. I have never now been more at peace or happy.

Highs & Lows of 2025
1. Isabella & my sister getting baptised
2. Major Elbow surgery & post surgery infection
3. Passing my Harvard course in Boston
4. Being in DC for the inauguration. Meeting the most special people & being at the Turning Point ball.
5. Jumping on a horse bareback in the snow in Virginia a week before I needed surgery
6. Taking Isabella to south of France and letting her walk the f1 track in Monaco - her dream
7. Thailand training
8. Meeting so many new friends in Thailand & Miami
9. Palm beach nights

11. Watching paddy smash it in Miami and Jesse having the best BBQ

To mark the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence against women and girls across the world I was honoured to be in a room with some of N.I’s most powerful figures to speak on things I have never wanted to before. But with the horrific rates of violence and murders of women in Northern Ireland due to domestic violence it’s time to end the silence. The event yesterday highlighted 21 paintings from survivors that really show the emotional impact on children and women. My full speech will follow but below is a fitting statement from the @unitednations

‘’Online and digital spaces should empower women and girls. Yet every day, for millions of women and girls, the digital world has become a minefield of harassment, abuse, and control.

What can start small, on screens – a message, a comment, or a post – can quickly spiral into a torrent of threats and violence in real life. Lies spread in a matter of seconds. Locations are tracked. AI is weaponized to create deepfakes designed to shame and silence women. Behind every statistic are real women and girls.

Journalists who stop writing after death threats, activists who delete their accounts to protect their families, girls who lose confidence before they’ve even found their voices, women who are stalked, raped, or even killed. The harm may happen online, but its impact is painfully real, seeping into homes, workplaces, and communities. And it’s happening at a time when sweeping aid cuts are forcing women’s organizations around the world to shut down or drastically scale back programmes to end violence against women.’’

A Hyrox session with my old judo girls today and wow… @heaths_healthandfitness brought the sweat with a killer workout 🔥 Didn’t disappoint one bit! Big shoutout to @jaye_trains and @gemmahowell for pushing me through the rounds, absolute beasts 💪🏼 Loved reminiscing about the old judo days (and the shenanigans) over a stack of banging protein pancakes @replenish.heaths. Proud moment in my career to be awarded an honorary fellowship from the @wolverhampton_university for my contribution to sport and the community.

I got kicked out of school & left with no qualifications, so to have my parents & family watch me graduate was a proud moment for us all.

I hope this inspires other people from my city that with hard work & self belief you can achieve anything and turn your life around.

wbc world championship gold medalist 2025 🥇

What an amazing experience… Last week i traveled with 4 of my team mates and the rest of team england to go and compete in the amazing muay thai world festival over in verona ✈️🇮🇹.
not only me, but my twin sister, and bestfriends, became wbc world champions, and i couldn’t be any more prouder!
being in the gym everyday, pushing eachover to our limits, eating clean and sparring hard is all behind the scenes, but this is where it’s all pays off 🥇

I can surely say i’ve made the best memories and this trip couldn’t of gone any better. I feel amazing to be part of team england for the third year running joined with 54 other athletes all encouraging and supporting eachover,
we won team of the tournament ending with 86 wins out of 113, 24 gold medals, 8 silver and 12 bronze. 🥇🥈🥉🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

on thursday morning i woke up and found out i was fighting in the semi finals against a tough french opponent who i have met in the ring quite a few times before. i knew she was strong, taller and verry active in the ring. i kept composed and showed my skill in a dominant performance ending the fight with a clear win.

Moving onto the finals, I got told that this american girl was “really good, so strong, and will keep pushing forward”.
as expected she made me fight of my back foot but with me still showing a dominant, confident performance and picking my shots, it soon lead to gold! 🌟🥇

won a tough fight against france yesterday in the semi finals, next is a experienced usa opponent in the finals on Sunday for gold.
we had 32 fights and england won 30! another busy day of fighting today so we’ll keep you updated😉
