Could this be the best roast in Bath?👀

@bathchophouse sharing roast platter did not disappoint… a fairly new spot opened in Bath and definitely one to recommend🤝

The staff were great, and we looooved the cosy atmosphere in there

It’s just along the corridor in bath, so go give it a try and let us in know what you think!

Honey soy chicken & yuzu tiramisu were particular stand outs💅

I’ve decided to take on a 70.3 @outlawtriathlon

1.2 mile swim. 56 mile bike. 13.1 mile run.

Then the full Ironman distance will be the final goal🤝

Not because I think I’ll be particularly good at it. Not because I’m fearless. And definitely not because I think it’ll be easy.

But because I think there’s something incredibly powerful about putting yourself in spaces where you feel out of your depth, especially as a woman in a sport where we’re still so underrepresented.

I want more women to feel confident taking up space in gyms, on start lines and in sports they’ve never tried before.

You don’t have to earn your place by being the best. You don’t need to know what you’re doing from day one. And you certainly don’t have to wait until you feel ready.

Running? Kind of got it covered (I think). Cycling and swimming? Hell to the nawh

If documenting my journey encourages even one other woman to try something she’s been putting off because it feels intimidating, then that’s a pretty good reason to start.

Here’s to being beginners, getting uncomfortable and proving to ourselves that we’re capable of so much more than we think💗

If I wanted to drop 10kg without losing my gym performance this is what I’d do👇🏼

I wouldn’t slash calories

I’d start around 300-500 kcal
below maintenance

Keep protein high

Prioritise carbs around training

Keep track of bodyweight

Adjust from the trend

Save this for your next cut

End of August, 470km @kiyanruns back on the start line taking 4th after 3 months out. Set up for the biggest September & October of my life - 69mins/2:25, Chippenham & a Budapest win.

@numiteam flying, deals & the team - record year incoming.

VW property with the family.

Everything falling into place. Time with the people I love most.

2026 has been a movie, close to everything I want in my career, athlete & life - 4 months to finish it strong.

4th place/600 in Frome Half Marathon this morning. 75:40 on a 265 elevation course. A good return.

First race back in 100 days after 3 months of injury, it makes me so happy to be on this start line as I was going to pull out 2 weeks ago due to the Achilles. Just missed out on 3rd during a sprint finish to the line!

A huge congratulations to @k_babbage1 winning the race with 70:09, unbelievable running & no one deserves it more, I remember training with Kieran at 4am everyday over last summer, no one work harder.

This is great progress, sets me up well for a flatter course in @chippenham_half_marathon & @budapestmaraton in October - with some good weeks I believe I’ll be in shape to go for 70/71 in Chippenham & back to the distance I enjoy more in Budapest with a 2:26/27 marathon & the win.

Thank you @johnmooresports first race out our partnership together @hoka & I can’t wait for what’s ahead, @jaydenfowlerpt @millsfit_ & my girlfriend @sophbrad_ for being there ❤️ @numiteam

Back to work tomorrow @kiyanruns

Big flavours, juicy kebabs and potentially one of the best in Bath🤫

We went all in on the menu and genuinely struggled to find a fault. Staff were great, shoutout to Ned who made some unreal recommendations on choosing what to order, it was 100% right move🤝

If you wanna know…

Mezze:
Pomegranate wings
Black truffle olivieh
Kashk e bademjoon

Mains:
Jujeh chicken kebab
Lamb shashlik

Dessert:
Baklava… because obviously we weren’t leaving without it (have you met us xx)

Have we scored it too high or is Baba actually THAT good?👀 why don’t you try it and find out

The kind of lunch that ruins meal deals forever….👀

This week we headed to Angelos to finally see what all the hype around their focaccia sandwiches was about.

Safe to say... we get it🥪

Freshly baked focaccia, quality fillings and the sort of sandwich that has you thinking about your next visit before you’ve even finished the first one.

We’ll let the review do the talking.

Also... before anyone asks, no we didn’t retire. We’ve just been doing some very important field research (alot of eating, not as much editing). BUT now we’re back in business to bring you the best food reviews around xxxx

Let us know where you want to see us go next in the comments👇👇👇
