In this chapter of my series, I had the joy of visiting Jayne Burnside — a gifted artist whose historic home in New Liskeard is a living canvas of creativity, heritage, and quiet wonder. Allowing ourselves to be seen takes a certain kind of inner muscle…and like other muscles, we must use it to strengthen it. One of my greatest joys is seeing where others take my process and creative ideas. They play and run full force ahead…always delighting me with their vulnerability and courage. All the pictures in this post are tagged with the artist. I love how unique and personal each journal is. I am strengthening my own “being seen” muscle as I work on a sequel to #tinysacred art journals. When I create classes, I wait until I want to burst with ideas to share…and I always teach myself as I teach others. I work on #tinysacreds every week….and have since the class debuted in fall of 2021.
