I feel like last night was a dream! A rollercoaster of emotions, one minute crying next minute laughing. Too many reasons not to go again..

It will be 2 years since @triathlonimpossible2023 and
3 years since #7for7IM we've managed to raise >£65k to date, helping change people's lives hopefully with #mnd

I've met some truly remarkable people since following Rob's fight with #MND as just a Rugby League fan and former Amateur coach, literally too many people to mention.

Multi Day Endurance events take some planning, this time in the 🇬🇧 so off we go again..

May 5th will see 7 days commence over 7 Counties in England an Attempt at 7 Marathons in 7days! 🏃‍♂️ 🏃‍♂️ 🏃‍♂️

The finish at @jtrunforall 3rd Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon on Sunday May 11th, a very special Marathon needs no explanation especially with my mate @flatty65 @lhcgiles @pooches.galore #teamflatty #teamflatt
