🎥🇨🇳 BEHIND THE SCENES WITH BBC NORTH WEST TONIGHT! A few behind the scenes shots of our athletes heading out to the World Championships in China, alongside Jay, as they sat down for an interview with BBC North West Tonight. 🙌 It was a brilliant chance to talk about the journey to Worlds, the work that’s gone in behind the scenes and what it means to represent on such a huge stage. The countdown to China is well and truly on now… 👀🔥 We can’t wait to see the team out there doing what they do best. #LTGA #BBCNorthWestTonight #WorldChampionships #China2026 #TrampolineGymnastics

6x Senior British Champion! (Record for British men) 🏆 2026, 2019, 2018, 2017, 2015, 2011 🏆 It’s been one crazy ride and apparently it’s still going! 🥴 Would not be back doing this sport if it weren’t for the incredible community of people I have around me! I’ve been overwhelmed by the love and support from people around me! Believing in me even when I don’t believe in myself! There are honestly too many people to even begin to tag everyone! (Also putting up with my mood swings and my 18 withdrawals this week 😂) Big shout out to @jayscoo @zoebrookes4 @rejuven8physio and @liverpooltga @altiusgymnastics_ for helping put this old body back together ❤️ #britishchampion #gymnastics #record #comeback

British Championships can be a big experience for the whole family❤️ Knowing how to support your child before, during and after competition can make a real difference. You don’t need the perfect words, another motivational speech or a solution to every difficult moment. Sometimes they just need someone who is calm, present and there💙 Swipe through for practical ways to support your gymnast, from helping them prepare, to navigating nerves, mistakes and the post competition comedown. Save this for competition day! #BritishGymnastics #GymnasticsParents #GymnasticsParent #GymnasticsLife #PerformancePsychology
