Movement is medicine. Staying in my lane. Me v Me. Building a strong body & mind. Exercise is my non negotiable. It’s my daily routine and rest days are the hardest for me. The energy I get from working out is second to non. I love the doms I get. Getting comfortable with the uncomfortable. I’m not here to be skinny. I want a strong body. I’m building that day by day. This has been years of consistency. No quick fixes. Building knowledge, trusting the process. Fitness is not a destination it’s a life long journey. 💙🩵💪🏼🙌🏼 we continue to make shapes 😉

Taking it back to around 2010 with this UK Garage cover of 112’s classic Anywhere, by Danny T featuring Jay Harvey.

Two versions of this track were made, one featuring Special MC and the other featuring MC Preshus.

A little throwback to some proper UK Garage business! 🔊🎶 #dj #ukg #ukgarage #fypシ #viral

300kg in 100 days! Can I do it?

There's gonna be 'experts' in the comments telling me this is 'light work' but from where I started, it's gonna be hard! But im committed 💪

Epic sweatfest & upper &lower session where reps were counted instead of time rounds. So much harder and more focus feeling every single rep. That was hardcore today but so worth the after pump.

Thanks as always @jaytrainz @bodycamp_fitness always brining your A game and vibes throughout. 💪🏼🔥👀

Aim of the game getting strong not skinny 😜

Feel like crap but this was a slow controlled session… total upper was EPIC. I loved every minute of it. The one area I want more toned is my back and seeing the gains coming through, let’s just say this makes me very happy. Yes I’m flexing so the muscle is more defined. Who doesn’t want a sexy back. 😜 🙌🏼👀💪🏼🔥

The caption says it all. We all have busy lives and a busy schedule, however I make training a priority. It’s my non negotiable. I make time for it, why because I’m at that stage of where training over 5 years consistently has become a part of my daily routine. I enjoy every workout, I love the doms I get because I know I’ve pushed myself outside my comfort zone.

Many people fixate on the number on the scales and get disheartened when the scale goes up even when they have been good with nutrition and working out, however sometimes they forget that maybe the scales have gone up because they have built muscle and lost fat. Reality is muscle is heavier than fat and the scales are just a number. Take progress pictures, look at how clothes are fitting your body, how you feel mentally. Stop fixating on the weight. Be consistent and be patient, TRUST THE PROCESS. I’ve not got to where I have over night. It’s been years and I’m still learning and adjusting things to alter and tweak. Don’t compare yourself to anyone else’s progress or how they look. Be proud of every step you take forward. It’s your journey and your own goals. Let’s others inspire you absolutely, in all for that and such a girls girl. Seeing women become strong and not skinny is inspirational. Stop wishing and keep doing. It’s never too late to start, you just need to ask yourself how bad do you want it and your why.

Epic workout today on @bodycamp_fitness @jaytrainz the doms have started already 💪🏼😆🔥🙌🏼
