One thing about me. If I’m in DC, I’m trying to see EVERYBODY… even if it’s for a quick hug and one drink.

So instead of trying to schedule a million separate plans, I texted a bunch of my girlfriends and basically said, “Can y’all meet me at National Harbor so I can love on all of you at once?”

Best decision ever.

The Harbor was packed the day before Mother’s Day. The restaurants were chaotic. The service was questionable at best. The food wasn’t even that great. 😂

But I could not have cared less.

Because watching women I love connect with each other, hearing updates about life and business and motherhood and dreams, introducing friends from different chapters of my life and being surrounded by people who genuinely pour into one another…

THAT was the magic.

Sometimes the best nights aren’t about where you went or what you ate. They’re about leaving with a full heart because your people showed up! ❤️

Gosh, I love these ladies. ❤️

They are salt of the Earth and some of the hardest workers I know.

But even more than that, the thing I’m most impressed by is that they are so open to growth.

In their 40s and 50s,
They are growing in their skill,
They are growing in their health knowledge,
They are growing their belief in themselves,
They are growing their value and paychecks.

I’d bet on them any day!

Grateful to be in their circle 🙏🏻

Balance isn’t a destination📍- it’s a practice. Start small. Make one shift today.

When you live within intention, flow with life, and protect your energy, everything changes!

And… most importantly, the greatest harmony comes when you give yourself as much care as you give others.😉

Thank you @jbacaj for the space to talk about all this and more today!

🎉✨ This is a long overdue post, but I couldn’t let it go unsaid! Our Peri Holiday Party was such a special evening filled with laughter, meaningful conversations, and empowering insights about navigating peri and post-menopause.

🌟 A big shoutout to our wonderful speaker, Caroline Sprinkel, a licensed Menopause Coach, who gave us so many practical tools and tips to thrive during this stage of life. She’s absolutely amazing, and her wisdom was a gift to us all!

💌 We also want to thank everyone who contributed to our drive for Borromeo Housing, Inc. Your generosity in bringing diapers, wipes, and gift cards for single moms truly made an impact. You all have such big hearts! 💚🍃

🛍️ If you couldn’t make it but still want to get the info we shared, drop a “Meno” in the comments, and I’ll send you the link to the resources and recommendations from our coach. You don’t want to miss out on this!

To everyone who came, thank you for making the night so special. I can’t wait to do it again soon! 💚🍃
