Bringing Down the Flowers by Denise Critchley

‼️Available on KU and to purchase via eBook and Paperback‼️

This is one of my current reads, I am a multiple book reader 🩷🩷

This is a political dystopian witchy read and I’ve not long started reading this and already I’m so drawn in! It’s really pulling me in as it’s a unique concept, so far I’m already loving Cedar, the fact that she’s trying to help other women makes me smile!
The quote on my graphic is my favourite quote at the moment! I can’t wait to show the rest of my thoughts with you! Stay tuned 👀

🤍Add to your TBR if these intrigue you:

Thank you so much to @qpbooktours and @denisecritchleyauthor for having me 🩷🩷

💚🍂Booked & Bound Book Club September Read 🍂💚
The Cinnamon Bun Book Store by @lauriegilmore_author

“You have shown me more care and thought than anyone I’ve been with before. You are good for me”

💚🍂💚🍂🤎🍂💚🍂🤎🍂💚🍂🤎🍂💚🍂

👀 Fave Moment: When Hazel goes on Noah’s boat and how calm he makes her feel in more ways than one!
•
💗 Tropes: Small town, fall setting, he falls first, swoony, friends to lovers
•
💭 Quick Thoughts: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was my second trip to Dream Harbor and it was better than the first in my opinion. I loved revisiting this cute little town and meeting more of the people. Noah and Hazels story was so cute and cozy I can’t wait to continue this series!

💚🍂Booked & Bound Book Club September Read 🍂💚
The Cinnamon Bun Book Store by @lauriegilmore_author

“Like he was waking her up like the sun after a long winter.”

💚🍂💚🍂🤎🍂💚🍂🤎🍂💚🍂🤎🍂💚🍂

👀 Fave Moment: I absolutely loved that he took out on his boat and then when the storm came through he kept her so calm and quieted her fears while making her feel seen. 🥹🥹

💗 Tropes: Small town, fall setting, he falls first, swoony, friends to lovers

💭 Quick Thoughts: I absolutely LOVED this book!! I squealed and giggled and kicked my feet the entire time. Their relationship was fast but sweet and he never made her feel less than for just working at a bookstore. He was willing to do whatever it took to keep her happy.

It was a like a sweet ray of sunshine after a hard rainy night. 🤭

"Because what more did one need besides good friends, good books, and the occasional cinnamon bun?"

💚🍂💚🍂🤎🍂💚🍂🤎🍂💚🍂🤎🍂💚🍂

👀 Fave Moment: Loved knowing I'm not the only one who carries her book (well my kindle) everywhere with her 📚
💗 Tropes: Small town, fall setting, he falls first, swoony, friends to lovers
💭 Quick Thoughts: This was such a fun cute read! I was excited about each new clue and who was leaving them!
