Did you catch this conversation with @rebecca.rouse ?
If not you can find the video in YouTube or the audio on your podcast platform of choice.

Great question from @jbirchfi68 in the live chat as how Gymnastics and the mobility in brings helped Rebecca become a phenomenal weightlifter.

I’m not going to lie when I got one of my Google alerts Sunday night and it said Ken
WALTERS @therealsevanpodcast | got exited but a little nervous all at once. @sevanmatossian @cbeaver_thanks for the kind words and the shout out on my @roguefitness 1000lb challenge lifts. You made my night and motivated me even more to keep at it. And thanks to all
@crossfit_eagan trainers for believing in and working at bringing out the best in each of us “daily”. And a special shout out for adding a Wednesday night strength training class 6 months ago and it’s Coach @scwilliams303 for making this possible. @jbirchfi68 BIGBIRCH sorry you got pulled into their amusement at our expense LOL #sevan #sevanpodcast #crossfit @crossfit #ageisjustanumber #healthyfitafter60 #healthyliving #rogue #oldmanstrength #rogue1000lbchallenge #backsquat #fitness #eagancrossfit #crossfiteagan #l1trainer #crossfitaffiliates #crossfitaffiliate #strengthtraining #weightlifting

Our impromptu trip to Fort Worth for The CrossFit Games wasn’t what we expected. Tragically, during the first event @lazadjukic (a premier athlete in the space) lost his life. The rest of the day was canceled, and we weren’t sure if the weekend would continue. We even considered turning around and heading back home.
I’m glad we didn’t.
The weekend was a roller coaster of emotions for everyone, athletes and spectators alike. The thrill of competition immediately overtaken by the sorrow of Lazars passing. It was more than we bargained for and I’m glad we were there for all of it.
We dropped in at @cfironhorse and attended the classes led by @thecrossfitmayhem staff. It meant a lot considering Lazar was a Mayhem athlete. Its was kind of a fate thing that we were there, I guess. The classes were fun and we met a lot of new friends, including the infamous Barry… I mean @incredi_bill 😂✌️
Meeting more of the Sevanistas is a trip. You guys made my weekend, only wish we had more time with you all!
We also spent a couple nights with our CrossFit Kenosha family @nehls003 @thereeljezykahhh Justin and Kristin!
All in all, as Crossfitters tend to do, we made the best of it. I wouldn’t rather be anywhere else through it all.
Until next year! ✌️

Guess if I was to say eat like a pig and put down fitness they surely be fine with that. #healthylifestyle banned 😂
