I remember what it felt like to waste time in the wrong rooms. To wish you could take up less space or fade into the background because people just didn’t get you.

When I started The Storyteller’s Collective a few years ago I was just trying to create the room I wanted to be in😌✨

A third space where creatives felt inspired and safe to exchange ideas, co-create, share their rough drafts & fully express themselves.

Thanks to all of these beautiful souls, I think we’ve accomplished that and so much more... Excited to see what the next season of @thecollective.hi has in store 🌱🫶

I will NEVER stop hosting classes where people can feel safe expressing themselves unapologetically through dance. No judgement here, leave it all at the door & step into a place where you are truly welcome. Looking forward to meeting whoever this message resonates with. Let’s dance 💃

We hosted our first ever heels class at the studio a few weeks ago🪩👠🎶

After MONTHS of begging our dancing queen @heyrowshell❤️‍🔥 to come over from Kauai and teach a class, the stars finally aligned💫 & we made it happen🙌🏽

And thanks to connections made that night, we’re excited to bring more dance classes to the space this summer…

👉🏽Starting with @telleycakes pop-up next Wednesday 6/24, featuring a special guest from LA. (Swipe to the end to find her flyer and check out her post to learn more.)

In July she’ll also be offering a series of beginner-friendly classes on Fridays + more advanced choreo on Wednesday nights. More details coming soon!

💌 Message me or @telleycakes if you’re interested in joining one of her upcoming classes!

It’s like I never left 🥹

O’ahu will forever be my second home, and I can’t believe it’s been 3 years since I left to move back home to Kauai. Time really goes by fast, but this trip reminded me to make the most out of my time here 🥹 This week was filled with photoshoots, creative events, dance, and catching up with friends and making new ones… I definitely need to come back 🥵 5 DAYS FELT SO DAMN SHORT 😭

Thank you again to @embermediahi for allowing me to use your studio space for photoshoots and to host my very first heels pop-up ❤️‍🔥 I wouldn’t have planned this O’ahu trip if it wasn’t for this amazing opportunity 🥹 So oahu homies, if you ever looking for a studio space for photos, dance, or host an event, give them a follow 🫶🏽

Until next time O’ahu 🤙

From designing creative collateral & campaigns to same-day media coverage, we’re grateful for these seasonal sprints with @koolinaresort bringing the community together.🥳🙌🏽

This is a glance at last year’s calendar, but we’ve got some Spring events to look forward to👀

Starting with 📆 5/9 - Ko Olina Children’s Festival🎉

Late post ❤️ from my big O number… I’m officially older than my mom and grandma ever were on this earth. Party time.

Ninja Creami and pour paint kind of celebration! I didn't think of real food.. but everyone brought something to share. Thank you! 🙈🩷 Vanny's larb and pumpkin curry was so delicious 😋💘✨

So... No one leaves this house without getting their hands dirty lol I asked them to give me one small canvas and I created this collaboration artwork on my bathroom wall 💕 Making me smile every time I see it!

My “non-dairy” ice cream almost wasn’t non-dairy because I didn’t realize cream cheese is… cheese 😂 I keep saying I’m getting lactose intolerant and need to be careful, but clearly I’m not doing a great job 😅❤️

The most popular flavor was black sesame!
Ingredients: silken tofu, banana, black sesame, kinako, honey, vanilla extract.

Runner-up: cucumber lemon 🍋
Ingredients: cucumber, lemon, honey.

Thank you all for being such a big part of my life. I love you ❤️
