A Generational Pattern being dissolved?

Yes. There has been isolation, hardship, loss, survival, pain. But, out of self-preservation you have identified with, or attached to, this mode of existence.

You are becoming aware that this was your lens of vision even while in periods of ease, joy, abundance, support, love. When you had it all.

The Sun is here to give full clarity to this realization, as well as burn away the guilt or shame of finally noticing.

Ashwagandha sweeps in to balance the intensity of the Suns exposure, with the soothing depths of the Moon - guiding you to equilibrium.

This illumination has come to you as a gift. To learn to embody a state where duality melts. Old patterns fade in the light. Remember you can move between, without identifying.
