@the.real.courtlyn absolutely crushed it on mandolin and vocals for this entire @jeffaustin10 tribute show! 🤩 @tdanielsmusic 🐊🪕 put it all together, including getting @denton_turner and @jonstickleytrio to round out the quartet. 🥰 Here’s their version of “Half Moon Rising” 🌖🌄

YMSB covers JGB. First heard this cover on a mediafire compilation called Yonder Plays Jerry. That compilation featured the 2/16/02 Reuben & Cherise which is IMO the best version (ill link it in my story). But this one is up there as well, taking place on March 3, 2001 at the Abbey Pub the full show is available on the legendary johnny85er youtube channel.

Another one from the archives. This one is taken from @billystrings memorable two night run at @headlinersmusichall in Louisville, Kentucky. Billy invited @michaelclevelandfiddle to sit in both nights. Here we have a heartfelt cover of @jeffaustin10’s ‘’Fiddlin’ Around’’ taken from the second night of the run. Enjoy and thanks for watching. ✌️

Thought this was a good one to kick the freak week off right. Yonder Mountain string Band performing sideshow Blues at the 2012 @gatheringofthevibes . The song was always a scorcher to open a set. And I just have to mention here how this song was written in 1996, well before iPhones and social media . I'm going to leave some of the lyrics below , but Man oh man was @toddsniderlive an absolute genius.
.
.
It's all a big commercial; It's a video of a man
It's a plot to put an end to my attention span
They make up all these issues, I never understood
If I thought I could change things I'd run out to Hollywood
But it's hard to kick the door down when you ain't wearing no shoes
.
Full video on YouTube at official gathering of The vibes channel and full audio of the show on @nugsnet

Sorry yall! I’ve been so busy this week I forgot to post the setlist for @magootheband at @rhythmsontherio 🤘 The boys had @skiingfiddler @_thornpipe_ and @dandreegram join them for some songs, not to mention a few debut covers 🤩 I can’t wait to hear that @jeffaustin10 cover! 🥰🌅
